That's all from this one-sided contest, folks! Paarl Royals win by 7 wickets with 35 balls to spare to extend their winning streak to three matches, and on the other hand, the Joburg Super Kings are yet to find their first win of the season.

For now, this is Deepak Prakash signing off on behalf of my co-commentator Saptak Sanyal, and scorer/analysts Paras Yadav and Bishal Mandal. CHEERS!
Jos Buttler(Player of the Match)- "Nice to contribute to the team's win. It has been a great start for us in the tournament. I am enjoying my time here with some golfs in the free time. Also I am enjoying the cricket.

Yes, captaincy is a great honour but it has not been good for my cricket since last few days. Now Dave(David Miller) is the captain and I can play my cricket freely. Our bowlers have been terrific throughout the tournament so far and that is one of the reasons of our good performance."
Player of the Match- Jos Buttler
David Miller (Paarl Royals Captain): "It was a great result, very happy with that. Yeah,  great performance to get the bonus point, and then the end was even better. So very happy with the performance.

[Talking about Ngidi] Yeah, he's key to our success. We've got a lot of good international bowlers in our lineup, but he's definitely taken the leadership there in the bowling department, executing exceptionally well and being very clear about what he wants to do.

[Talking about Buttler] He's a world-class player and as I mentioned, great to have the experience in our team play like him, and to come off and do what he did there was very special."

Faf du Plessis(Joburg Super Kings Captain)- "Disappointing obviously. We tried really hard but our failures are going on with the same pattern. I think we are losing the momentum. We have to reduce our failures. I think our bowling attack is good although they conceded a big total in the first game. But, our batters need to step up and score 60-70, scoring 30s is not enough.

Yes, Buttler is in some form and on the flip side our batters are not doing that much well. I think we need to regroup soon and then we can hope for a turn around."
Time for the post match presentations.
12:12 AM Local Time, 20:42 Local Time: A scintillating knock of 70* runs off 37 balls from Jos Buttler propelled the Paarl Royals to successfully chase down 134 runs, securing a victory by 7 wickets with 35 balls to spare. Furthermore, the Royals earned a bonus point by achieving the target in under 16 overs.

Earlier, after opting to bat first, the Joburg Super Kings were bundled out for a mere 134 runs in 19.5 overs. They faced a horrendous start, losing a flurry of wickets in quick succession. Leus du Plooy held his wicket from one end, playing a valiant knock of 71 runs off 43 balls, which helped JSK post a respectable total. Moeen's contribution of 18 runs was the second-highest for JSK, with the rest of the scorecard presenting a sorry-looking picture for the Super Kings.

Lungi Ngidi shone with the ball for the Royals, taking three overs. Obed McCoy chipped in with a couple of wickets, while Shamsi and Phehlukwayo contributed one wicket to Super Kings’ downfall.

In pursuit of a paltry 134 runs, the Paarl Royals lost Jason Roy for a mere 5 runs. However, Jos Buttler and Wihan Lubbe scored at a rapid pace from the word go, pummeling Super Kings bowlers all around the park.

The duo added 80+ runs for the second wicket, with Lubbe departing after scoring 39 runs off 30 balls. Miller departed for a mere 2 runs, but Buttler continued his carnage and remained unbeaten on 70 runs off 37 balls, helping his side chase down this total with 35 balls to spare.

Lizaad Williams, Moeen Ali, and Imran Tahir celebrated a solitary wicket for JSK.

The Paarl Royals secured a convincing 7-wicket victory with 35 balls to spare, extending their winning streak to three matches. On the other hand, the Joburg Super Kings are still searching for their first win of the season.
