We hope you enjoyed following this game on CREX. Do come back for more. For now, this is Darpan Tikiya saying goodbye on the behalf of co-commentator Akshay Bhide, stats-guy Aman and scorer Manish Bishnoi. Sayonara!
Tomorrow, another associate team will look to give the big guns a run for their money. Hong Kong Women will lock horns with India Women. Remember, the latter suffered a batting collapse against Thailand Women in their opening game. Hence, there will be no room for complacency. Our coverage will start at 7:00 PM IST, 5:30 PM local time.
Indonesia Women impressed with the ball once again, but also showed that their batting needs a lot of work if they are to compete with the higher-ranked teams. They are practically out of the race for the semifinals, but would want to finish on a high in their last game against UAE Women
Perhaps, it is Chamari Athapaththu's world and we are all living in it. Another evening where she broke a handful of records — this time though, with the ball in hand. And then, her gesture of sharing the Player of the Match award with Nilakshi de Silva won hearts too. In all fairness, if it wasn't for the latter's half-century, Sri Lanka Women could have been in a lot of trouble. All's well that ends well, though.
Chamari Athapaththu (Sri Lanka Women captain): "First of all, I want to appreciate Nilakshi's knock. So I want to share this (Player of the Match) award with her

(Was she worried during the batting innings?) Definitely. I saw the way Indonesia bowled. We struggled a lot in the middle. As a senior batting unit, we needed to adapt to conditions a lot better.

(On her bowling plans) 'Just attack the stumps' was mantra.

(On the upcoming game against Bangladesh) We need to talk about a lot of things. We need to improve in batting. We need to do out homework. We will bounce back with our batting unit. The bowling and the fielding unit did well."
Player of the Match: Chamari Athapaththu
Ni Nanda Sakarini (Indonesia Women Captain): "[On their bowling effort] Yeah, I'm really proud of my girls. In the first innings, in the first 10 overs, they did a very good job. In the next 10 overs, we can improve.

[On their batting effort tonight] Playing against Sri Lanka, it was hard for us. It was a good opportunity for us and we can improve in the next 2-3 years.

[Looking to finish the competition on a high?] Yes, against UAE, we can go a lot harder than this one."
