That marks the end of our coverage from the 21st match of PSL 2026. Hyderabad Kingsmen have defeated the Islamabad United by 6 wickets and with 11 balls to go to bag their second consecutive win.

Tomorrow we have another game lined up as Peshawar Zalmi will lock horns with Multan Sultans at 7:30 PM IST and 7 PM Local Time. Do join us for that.

For now, this is Saptak Sanyal, signing off on behalf of my co-commentator Darpan Tikiya, the scorer/analyst Raju Khariya and the statistician Aman. Good night.
Marnus Labuschagne (Player of the Match and Hyderabad Kingsmen Captain): "(Brilliant spell by Asif Mehmood on debut) Well. There was many things that was good today. Asif was the icing on the cake. He kept the scoreboard down and conceded just 2 or 3 in the final over. That was hugely important in the context of the game. I think Maxwell was excellent with his four overs. Everyone chipped in. Mohammad Ali is so good and consistent through those middle to late overs. Really happy with how the bowlers bowled. We did not get the wickets we wanted realy but we struck the momentum.

(On Maaz Sadaqat and Saim Ayub) I mean those two young guys are so impressive. Maaz, the freedom that he plays with. Got 20 off the first over. We spoke about that and that's why we shifted the batting order. Then Saim played a really experienced knock. Played beautifully shots on a surface that was a bit tricky. I am really proud of them. They keep learning and learning.

(On your batting)I mean once we got that powerplay up and running, we were going to win the games. We kept the intent high and were looking for the boundaries just to make sure that team to be in a good position. There are powerful hitters in the middle."
Chris Green (Islamabad United captain): "(His thoughts on the loss) It was a disappointing result tonight. Credit to them, they played really well. I think in phases, we did okay. Our powerplay with the bat was really good. But then, those runouts effected us. Brilliant fielding. I thought Mark Chapman was really good at the end, but we were not able to support his efforts. Again, with the ball we did well but in patches. But I guess it is not bad to lose a game of cricket. You get to learn a lot."
