Arjun: With this game, the league stage of the Super50 has been concluded. So, the Red Force will play the Scorpians in the 1st semi on 24th February, while the Jaguars will again take on the Volcanoes in the 2nd semi, scheduled for 25th February. Whereas, the Pride and the Hurricanes will play each other on the 26th for the fifth-place playoff. AND the FINALE will be contested on 26TH FEBRUARY.
Arjun: It happens to be a clinical performance by the Jaguars to beat the Volcanoes in this last league of this season by nine wickets and with 128 balls to spare. It all started with a dream spell from Keon Joseph who took four wickets on top and almost killed the game for the Windward Islands!! The Volcanes reached the score of 153 runs, due to the partnership between Stoute and Steward but the target of 154 runs turned to a cake-walk for Guyana!! The chase started with an assault named Chanderpaul Hemraj who got 41 off 32 balls to power the start in the chase. He fell to Athanaze when the score was 62 for one and from there Shimron Hetmyer (67 off 59 balls) got the command. He shared an unbeaten stand of 93 runs with Tevin Imlach (37 off 81 balls) and took the Guyana Jaguars home.
