1:10 AM IST, 8:40 PM Local Time: A clinical bowling display from the Rapids give them their second win on the trot as they move up in the points table. Defending 168, Worcestershire have managed to bowl out Glamorgan for 147 to complete an emphatic 27-run victory.
Earlier in the game, the conditions and pitch weren't the easiest to bat but after being put in by Kiran Carlson, Worcestershire Rapids crawled their way to 168 for 8 in 20 overs.
Adam Hose was the star with the bat, scoring a fine half-century. Isaac Mohammed made 30 off 30, while a cameo from Usama Mir (23 off 10) took them closer to the 170-run mark.
Andy Gorvin picked up three wickets for 34 and was the pick of the bowlers for Glamorgan. Dan Douthwaite and Nathan McAndrew got two apiece and Timm van der Gugten got one.
In reply, Kiarn Carlson and Will Smale got the visitors off to a solid start. They added 53 runs before Usama Mir broke the partnership by sending Carlson back to the hut for 35.
In nine balls, they lost three wickets and that shifted the momentum of the game in favour of the home side.
