Kedar Jadhav (Kolhapur Tuskers Captain): "Yeah, definitely the way they started batting I think after powerplay our bowlers did a great job. Especially, Manoj, who helped us to restrict them under 100 runs. I think as a batting unit I am always very confident and our few batters are not tested yet. We have a very strong top-order batting line-up. Yes, definitely it gives you an extra chance also.

I love him (Manoj Yadav), he takes all the catches, bowls all the crucial overs and sometimes he finishes the games also, and what else a cricketer can ask? Ankit Bawne, I think after these 15-odd years of first-class cricket he is already an India material, and he will definitely play for India this year, my fingers are crossed."

We were 10 to 20 runs short and I think Ankit played very well in the second innings, yeah I guess we have an eliminator in 2 days, we need to work on a few things. 11:59 PM IST | Deepak: Ankit Bawne finishes things in style. Kolhapur Tuskers pummeled Eagle Nashik Titans by 9 wickets with 6 balls to spare and climbed to number 2 in the points table. Tuskers will now face Ratnagiri Jets in the first Qualifier, while Eagle Nashik Titans have come down to number three in the points table, will face Puneri Bappa in the Eliminator.

Earlier, Kolhapur Tuskers won the toss and invited Eagle Nashik Titans to bat first in a rain-curtailed 10 overs game. Eagle Nashik Titans started their innings on a high note, accumulating 36 runs in the powerplay without losing any wickets. However, their batting lineup couldn't maintain the momentum, and they suffered a collapse in the final over, losing 5 wickets. Eventually, they were reduced to 88/9 at the end of 10 overs. Siddhesh Veer played a valuable innings, top-scoring with 34 runs. Manoj Yadav wreaked havoc with the ball for the Tuskers as he bagged a 5-fer and became the first bowler to complete a hat-trick of wickets.

In pursuit of Titans’ 88 runs, Tuskers lost skipper Kedar Jadhav for a mere 7 runs, but orange cap holder Ankit Bawne continued his sublime form and smacked Prashant Solanki for six fours in six balls in the third over. Ankit paired up with Naushad Shaikh and completed his half-century. Naushad played second fiddle in the partnership and helped their side seal the deal by 9 wickets. Ankit Bawne remained unbeaten on a remarkable 62 runs, while Naushad stayed not out on 20 runs, contributing to their team's triumph. Rehan Khan was the only bowler who scalped a wicket for the Titans.
