So Deccan Gladiators marches into final with 17-run win. Target of 140 was always going to be difficult but Bulls' top 3 was in terrific form to make a realistic hope. and Hemraj did start well to give them a firing start but Gurbaz wasn't looking at his destructive best. Odean Smith provided Gladiators the initial breakthrough in form of Hemraj and ever reliable Hasaranga got the wicket of Gurbaz. But Sherfane Rutherford's superb power hitting kept them alive but the man who made their hopes more realistic was Eoin Morgan who smoked 4 sixes in no time. But Bulls lost both of them in space of 3 balls which shut down the gates for them. Earlier a fantastic finish by David Wiese and Odean Smith took them to a total of 139. Both of them added unbeaten 62 runs in 24 balls. Earlier Andre Russell finally flourished in his new role i.e. opener with quick-fire 14-ball 39 runs.  He also chipped in with two wickets with the ball.
