That's all from our coverage from this game of BPL 2022. Join us back tomorrow for another couple of games from BBL in Chattogram and for loads of cricket from around the globe in our network. Cricket never stops in the network. For now, this is me Ayan Chatterjee signing off on behalf of my co-commentator Akshay Bhide. Till next time, stay safe, happy, and cool, and get vaccinated if you still haven't. TA=TA and ADIOS to one and all.
Mahmadullah | Winning Captain: "It was a nice win and much-needed win for us. After losing three games in Dhaka, it was important for us to get a win. It was a brilliant innings from Tamim and credit to him to take us home. Shahzad supported Tamim very well and helped us finish the game. The pitch was good but credit to our openers for the way they played."
Tamim Iqbal(Player of the Match): "See, I thought a guy got 116, but they got 175. So, I was happy to chase that. We only gave away only 4 runs in the last over. So, I was happy to chase it. Even if we were chasing 230, it was chaseable. 100%, you cannot chase 200 in 2 overs, you have to bat well and deep to succeed. My message will be to work on your skills put in the hard yards and play cricketing shots. Don't go for funky shots. "
Mosaddek Hossain | Losing Captain: "Disappointed with the result but the wicket is very good. We didn't bat good and the middle-order is a concern for us as we fell short by some runs in the end. Tamim and Shahzad played brilliantly but our bowlers didn't bowl well. We have to execute our plans in the next game."
Tamim Iqbal finishes things off in style with a boundary as Minister Group Dhaka completes an emphatic 9-wicket win with 18 balls to spare here at Chattogram. Tamim remains unbeaten on 111 off 64 balls alongside Mohammed Shahzad's 53 off 38 balls as Dhaka registers an important win by thrashing Sylhet here.

It was the Tamim Iqbal show as his 111 off 64 balls and Mohammed Shahzad's 53 off 38 balls in the 173 run opening stand sealed the deal. They could have got a 10-wicket win but alas! Shahzad fell for 53 at the death to Babu as they got something to take away from their bowling innings.

For Sylhet, their bowlers were taken to the cleaners. Baby picked up a wicket, but he went for loads of runs. Only Ravi Bopara's 19 runs of 3 overs stopped the hemorrhage.  All the other bowlers went for plenty of runs as it was a day to forget for the bowlers and the fielders were sloppy as well.

Earlier in the game, Lendl Simmons starred with 116 off 75 balls that helped Sylhet Sunrisers to 175-5. Lack of support from the other batters meant they didn't get close to 200. It didn't matter anyway though. Spare a thought for Simmons, his majestic ton coming in a losing cause here. He could have the Player of the Match but ends up on the losing side.

From the Minister Group of Dhaka's bowling point of view, a wicket apiece for Mortaza, Russell, Ebadot, and Qais Ahmad who bowled really well. Apart from Russell, who went for 45 in 3 overs, the others were economical on that belter of a track. Rubel, Mortaza all bowled well and kept the score to 175 and not 200. In the end, Tamim's whirlwind ensured an easy win for Dhaka.

So, Dhaka wins by 9 wickets with 3 overs to spare to propel themselves up in the points table. Stay tuned for the presentation coming your way.

4 That's the end of the game and fittingly, Tamim hits the winning runs. Babu bowls it full outside off, Tamim hits it through the line as he drives it uppishly wide of mid off for a boundary. With this, the Minister Group Dhaka seal the game by nine wickets with three balls to spare. Tamim Iqbal remains unbeaten on 111.
