So, that is it from myself, Karthik Raj and the co-commentator, Aryasekhar Chakraborty. Do switch over to the current game between Rajasthan Royals and Lucknow Super Giants!
Wriddhiman Saha has been named as the 'Player of the Match'
Earlier in the match, CSK got off to a slow start in the Powerplay due to some excellent bowling from Mohammad Shami and Hardik Pandya. The former also dismissed Devon Conway with a beauty before the momentum shifted towards CSK as Ruturaj Gaiwad and Moeen Ali made 32 runs from two overs bowled by Yash Dayal and Rashid Khan.

The acceleration ended up to be a temporary one as Hardik made some clever bowling changes with the left-arm spinner Sai Kishore strangling the well-settled Gaikwad and Ali. Sai Kishore eventually went onto dismiss Moeen while the duo of Gaikwad and Narayan Jagadeesan were unable to increase the scoring rate. Gujarat's comeback was so good that they didn't concede a single boundary in the last five overs with even the in-form MS Dhoni managing only 7 off 10 balls. Jagadeesan ended up unbeaten on 39 off 33 but CSK finished with a below-par 133-5 which proved far too less in the end!

Arya- It was never going to be a big ask for the Gujarat Titans and once the opening duo of Wriddhiman Saha and Shubhman Gill got them off to a flying start, it was always going to be a small target for the Titans. Wriddhiman Saha in particular was in sensational touch right from the word go and again made full use of the powerplay to get their side going. It was a great start from the wicket-keeper batsman who made sure that Gujarat Titans didn’t had any problems at the start.

After a bit of a sedate start, it was Shubhman Gill who took on the onus on hismelf to play the big shots. He struck three fours before perishing at the hands of Pathirana in his very first ball of his IPL career. Saha continued the good work and Matthew Wade who came in at the fall of Gill's wicket looked in good touch and scored 20 runs in 15 balls to get his side close to the victory target.

Hardik Pandya began with a boundary straightaway but fell to Pathirana who bagged his 2nd wicket. In the end it was David Miller and Saha who saw their side through with five balls remaining.

MS Dhoni: "To start off, batting first was not a good idea. It was tough to hit the faster bowlers in the first half. The bit more runs in the middle overs would have been good but Sai bowled very well for them. Could have sent a left-hander at 4 but we wanted Jaggi (Narayan Jagadeesan) to send some time in the middle. He is an excellent death bowler, like Malinga. With Pathirana, the margin of error is slim. He's got a good slower one and it will be tough to hit him if he bowls consistent pace. We will look to give people chances. We are trying to feature a good XI and will look to do that in the coming games also."
A comfortable seven-wicket win for Gujarat Titans in the end! This seals a Top 2 spot for them!
19.1 M Pathirana to W Saha
4 Saha finishes off the match in style. On a length well outside off providing ample width on this occasion. Saha cuts it away over the backward point region. Perfectly in the gap and off to the boundary ropes.

1 Saha goes for the pull and ends up getting a bit of a top edge which falls in no man's land and gets a single to keep strike for the final over.
