What a game of cricket we have seen! Firstly, Perth Scorcher coming into bat and despite of losing Munro early they got off to a great start as Cameron Bancroft, Katie Patterson and Laurie Evans scored decent runs. But a little bit of turn around at the end as Heats bowlers were a little economical, bowled in the right areas and restricted Scorchers at a total of 157.
In reply, Brisbane heats despite of having such big names in the team couldn’t quite do it. Losing wickets in quick successions was the biggest drawback in their innings and they finished off on 150. Although, for a brief moment at the end it seemed Bartlett can do this for Heats but it’s Scorchers who were victorious.Credit goes to Scorchers bowlers for getting wickets after every few overs.
How good was Matthew Kelly in his 3rd over, almost got a hat-trick. Behrendorff and Tye also got 3 crucial wickets combined.
