So, that is it from me, Karthik Raj and my co-commentator, Arijit. Stay tuned to OneCricket's coverage of the remaining matches in this Road Safety World Series.
It shouldn't be a suprise that Upul Tharanga has been named as the Man of the Match
Dilshan: Everyone had a good nick with the bat and we stuck to our plan and all credit to the players. As a team, happy with all three departments. I really enjoying every single moment of fielding. I have a hammy niggle and now everyone can have a break and do some rehab.
Khaled Mashud: We played much better than the last game and they played really well. Dilshan bowled well and our openers did well. There was no partnership in the middle overs unfortunately.
Comments from the post-match conference
Dilshan and Farveez Maharoof were the key for Sri Lanka as they bowled tight areas through the middle-overs. Dilshan, in particular, took three wickets and also took two superb catches. In the end, Khaled Mashud came up with a couple of fine strokes but it turned out to be too little.
The opening duo of Mohammad Nazimuddin and Mehrab Hossain started superbly and put the Sri Lankan Legends' pacers under pressure. The duo added 54 runs in the Powerplay but Mehrab fell soon in the eighth over off Tillakaratne Dilshan's bowlinig. While Nazimuddin tried his best to keep going and even reached a fifty, he lacked support from the other Bangladesh Legends batsmen.
