Yasir Shah | Man of the Match and Balochistan Skipper: "See firstly I want to thank almighty Allah. The team has worked really hard for this moment. The team has put their hundred percent efforts and this is why we have won the tournament. This win matters us the most. We don't have any titles in the 4-day competitions. We played in the finals of domestic T20 only once as well. We were playing the finals in the One Day competition and it was important to win this one for Balochistan Cricket. It is good for upcoming youngsters. It's good if we promote the Balochistan Cricket well. See in this tournament, youngsters like Haseebullah who topped the run scorers list while Bangalzai batted well today. And all these come from Balochistan. See our motto is to get as many as youngsters from Balochistan to play at the higher level. Many players are coming up in the ranks as well as including the Under-19s. I worked hard for the fitness through a camp in Pakistan. I am trying hard and got an excellent opportunity to play in this One Day Competition."
Khalid Usman | Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Skipper: "Feeling a
bit disappointed but itโs cricket. We lost wickets in the middle and there was
a collapse in the middle. 250 would have been a winning score on this wicket.
Credit to youngsters for stepping up and reaching the final after missing some
of the players. Satisfied that the youngsters are coming into this squad and
performing."
Haseebullah Khan | Player of the Tournament: "All thanks to Allah. Without him I am nothing. I am happy. Firstly thanks to the team management for the opportunity given to me. My family and my peoples supported me throughout this journey and Allah's grace is also there. I want to play for Pakistan which is my dream from childhood. All thanks again to Allah and I will do good in the coming days."
Haseebullah is the Best Batsman of the tournament.
Yasir Shah is also the best bowler of the tournament.
Mohammad Haris wins the best wicket-keeper of the tournament award.
