10:17 PM IST, Local Time | Well that's it from the post match presentation. India Women take a fantastic victory over Australia Women to kick things off in the T20I series! Stay Tuned with us for all the live coverage from around the globe coming in!

Until then, this is Anirudh Modi, signing off along with Deepak Prakash, and our scorer/analyst Raju Khariya! See you on the next one!
Titas Sadhu (Player of the Match): "This has been a tradition now that whoever wins this award will give a party of the total amount received in the awards. It has been a long series for me because I was with the team for a long time and I'm happy that I was able to contribute. The dew came in around the second over and it was great to contribute. Everyone performed brilliantly but the dew was also a big factor and really happy to win."
Harmanpreet Kaur (India Women Captain): "I think we were up to the mark in all three departments because we have been talking about fielding because fielding is something we are really working hard on and I know sometimes results won't come as fast as you are expecting, but today everyone was pumped up, everyone was enjoying the fielding and really pleased to see that good fielding from all the fielders.

Yeah, I think credit goes to our fielding coach because he mentioned that Jemmy will stand on the points because we have seen they are scoring a lot of runs on the point area and he picked Jemmy who will stand there and I think those small, small changes he made during the fielding and I think everyone knows where they are fielding and according to we were doing in the last evening and I think results, we got the results, now we have to just keep doing what we did.

Well, I think we have given her so many chances even in the ODI and I think sometimes it happens if someone is getting too many chances and scoring, you don't feel good. But I think I just kept telling my bowler that just keep bowling hard, keep bowling the right areas, and we will get her. And Amanjot, she looked really confident today and she got her. The way our bowling unit bowled today was superb, we would love to do the same things in the next game as well."

Alyssa Healy (Australia Captain): "Not ideal really, we didn't start well with the bat, lost our way in the middle and didn't start well with the bowl as well. Early wickets cost us but lack of partnerships as well, normally we bank on a couple of partnerships to take us to a good score but it did not happen.

We want to keep pushing big totals out there and we have to make sure we adjust to the conditions as well. It would have been handy to bowl first, they picked lengths early and made it difficult for us and took our spinners out of the game as well, we just have to work it out and change a few things tactics wise."
Time for the post match presentation ceremony..
Smriti Mandhana: "Yeah, definitely. I think the way the ODI series went, I think we all were really disappointed with the way we put up in that particular series. We've been working on ourselves in the last two days, and we got so really pleased that we could get the first win on the board and really happy.

Well, I think the last two days we did analyze a lot in terms of what went wrong and what mistakes we made as a team, as a bowling unit, as a fielding unit, and as a batting unit, and we did have a good 1-hour meeting with all of us and we're frank about what went wrong and I think today's decision to play four seamers went well. The way Titas bowled was amazing. I think we've seen a little bit of her in the Asian Games, but coming today and bowling that way against a good Australian team, I think happy for her.

[Talking about Titas] Well, I think she comes from Bengal, and definitely, Bengal has given us one legendary cricketer with Jhulu di and I think we shouldn't get into comparison, but I think the way she's sorted, I think the more I look at her age, to be that sort, she knows where she wants to bowl. She will always come to you and tell you, this is my field and this is where I want to bowl. I think that kind of clarity to have at this age is amazing to see. And with that, I think good work ethics, that's two things. A good combination to have. And I hope that she keeps doing that."
