That's it from a short-lived but high-octane Test match from Mackay as the venue gets its first taste of men's Test match action. 18 wickets on day 1 and 12 on the 2nd as the hosts seal a brilliant win by an innings and 51 runs.
Australia and Bangladesh have finished the Test series with a scoreline of 1-1, with plenty of learnings to ponder for both teams. Australia maintain their top position in the WTC points table, while Bangladesh find themselves at the fourth position. Aussies' next stop will be Zimbabwe for a 3-match ODI series in mid-September, while the Bangla Tigers have a break before touring South Africa in November.

Pat Cummins (Australia Captain): "[On the game] Lot of things went right these couple days. A lot of things went wrong last week.
[On the catching] Everyone was really sharp. If we have a good first hour or two, it sets up for the rest of the match.
[On Cam Green] He looked in total command of his batting this whole series. Held our innings together yesterday and this morning. He's now putting up some good performances at the Test level.
[On Darwin and Mackay] It's been great. Slightly different stadiums than we are used to play in the summer. No complaints, we've loved it. Hopefully we get back here soon."

STATISTICAL ODDITY: This is the first time Bangladesh have been bowled out for under 100 in both innings of a Test, and the first such instance for any team in 21 years. The last team to do so was Zimbabwe against New Zealand in Harare in 2005, when Zimbabwe were dismissed for 59 and 99.
Najmul Hossain Shanto (Bangladesh Captain): "[On the opposition] We know how good they are. They showed their character and we couldn't play our best this Test match.
[On the change in conditions] These were different conditions. Little bit more extra bounce and swing in the air. So it's challenging for us. As a team we need to adjust the conditions and this will help us.
[On the pitch] It was difficult for all the batters. If you look at their batting also, they also struggled. The way Shoriful, Taskin, Hasan bowled, really happy to see them and it's quite difficult wicket to bat.
[On the series] It's a very proud moment as a team. Shows our character and discipline. We need to be consistent. If we are able to get more chance to play in similar conditions, here and there, it will help us and that's what we want. Not long long gaps like 23 years and playing 2 matches, it's not easy. If we get that chance to play every single year, it will help us to improve our game."
