Milestone
That's all for the coverage of this game. See you all for the Challenger, taking place on Wednesday. Till the next time, it's a goodbye from me, Anurag Dasgupta and my co-commentator, Anirudh Modi and our scorer, Zeeshan Naiyer.
Ian Cockbain (MOM): The feeling's amazing, 6 in a row, the boys are pumped, hopefully we can keep this going. Yes, we defended well the last 2 games which was nice. Thanks very much, looking forward to taking on the Sixers and progressing to the finals.
Matt Renshaw: Brilliant bowling at the death. Bit disappointed to not get a hat trick but glad to have won the contest. It feels good to win such close contests.
DG: There it is, Strikers have won this game!! Phew, what a topsy-turvy game we've witnessed. A perfect see-saw battle and the Strikers have held their nerves to come out on top. Magnificent fight-back and the team from Adelaide have reached the top-3 and will face Sydney Sixers for a place in the grand finale.

Chasing a tricky 185 was never going to be easy for the Thunder, but this game went down to the wire and we witnessed a classic game. Thunder lost the in-form Alex Hales pretty early, but another in-form man, Usman Khawaja and Jason Sangha resurrected the innings. The repair work was going along nicely when Fawad Ahmed caught Khawaja at short third and it changed the course of the game. Strikers had the upper hand and the run-rate was steeping high, but this is where Alex Ross and Jason Sangha decided to bring a twist in the tale. The duo bludgeoned the Strikers all around the park and gave a ray of hope to their side.

The duo added 90 runs for the third wicket and there were few nervy faces in the Adelaide Strikers' dugout. But just when it looked like Thunder will walk away with the game, Peter Siddle's double blow (Sangha and Sams)  inside the power-surge brought yet another twist in the tale. Once Ross departed for a well compiled 56, Strikers knew they had the win under their belt. Harry Conway bowled a superb last over to seal the deal for his side. A close fought contest and the Adelaide Strikers progress through to the next stage.

2 THAT'S IT FOLKS! The ADELAIDE STRIKERS have come out victorious and will take on SYDNEY SIXERS in THE CHALLENGER on Wednesday! McAndrew pulls away a good length delivery towards the mid wicket fielder who drops the catch! But no harm done as Adelaide Strikers hold their nerve and win this thrilling contest!
