Until then, I am Dev Rajawat, signing off, along with my co-commentator, Manan Mehta, Tarun, and scorer Yogesh Kumar. That’s it from our side. Thanks for joining. But there is one more game scheduled in the Pakistan National T20 Cup. So, switch tabs and follow the fun. Goodbye from this tab! TAKE CARE! BREATHE AND SMILE! CIAO!!!!
Khalid Usman (Abbottabad Captain): "The wicket was an excellent one. Our batters played great knocks. Each one of them. The bowlers bowled according to the plan. Even Shadab was superb in the middle overs.

The way we came back in the final overs with the ball was superb. Kamran in my opinion is one of the best middle order batters in the country. He has now won us two back-to-back games. Our focus going ahead is on getting teams all out for a low total to help out batters out."
Rameez Aziz (Skipper of Karachi Blues) - "We did not bat well towards the end of our innings and bowling too wasn't up to the mark by us. We will reflect amongst the squad and will look to play a good game in the next one and try to get points on the board."
9:11 PM IST and 8:41 PM Local Time: Abbottabad win by 8 wickets and 20 balls to spare! This has been a sensational chase from the Abbottabad side. One for the ages as they have made 202 look like 140 here in Peshawar. Every batter came out with serious intent and has made this track all their own tonight!

Abbottabad won the toss and elected to field first. They were rocked early as the opening pair of Ahsan Ali and Jahanzaib Sultan went after the bowling. They notched up 88 in just 9 overs before Sultan was dismissed by Shadab Khan. Ahsan continued the good work and scored 24 off Khalid Usman's over.

However, the return of Shadab brought about his end as well. He was dismissed for 67(36). Saad Baig and Usman Khan made sure the momentum continued as both batters started to find boundaries regularly.

At one point, it looked like 220 was easily going to be scaled. However, a masterclass of death bowling by the three quicks from Abbottabad reduced the score to just 201/4 as they kept nailing yorker after yorker. The pick of the bowlers was Shadab with 2-32. The score still seemed above par at the halfway mark.

The chase started with Shahzaib Khan hitting a six off the fourth ball. Exactly at that point, the heavens opened up, and we had a 40-minute rain break. Post return, Karachi Blues got rid of the other opener, Sajjad Ali, cheaply.

However, the smiles lasted only for a short while as they were met with an absolute storm after that. Shahzaib Khan and Kamran Ghulam led an all-out attack on the bowlers. They smashed every pacer and spinner with Shahzaib being the aggressor. He brought up his fifty in a flash and continued to play exquisite strokes. They stitched a 115-run partnership of just 59 balls. Eventually, Shahzaib was knocked over by a beauty from Khalil Ahmed for 75(38).

Any doubts that might have creeped in the minds of Abbottabad were quickly taken off as Kamran upped his pace of scoring. He was joined by Khushdil Shah, who too came out with an attacking mindset. Kamran notched up his fifty in just 30 balls.

The pair saw Abbottabad home in just 16.4 overs and produced a masterclass of T20 batting. Kamran Ghulam ended with 81 off 42 balls. Khushdil Shah ended with an explosive 38 off 16 not out. Their partnership was filled with firecrackers as they notched up a stand of 70 off just 29 balls.

Abbottabad have chased 200 with 20 balls to spare. They have shown that the country possess a lot of intent in T20 batting. The bowling card was a sorry one with no bowler showing figures worth appreciating. With this win, Abbottabad make it two out of two and Karachi Blues suffer their first loss of the event. Stay tuned for the presentations...

4 FOUR! DONE AND DUSTED! Short of a good length and outside off. Ghulam uses the pace of the bowler again and hangs back before guiding it to the right of short third for another boundary to seal the deal. THIS IS A THUMPING WIN FOR THE ABBOTTABAD REGION AS THEY DEFEAT KARACHI REGION BLUES BY 8 WICKETS WITH 20 BALLS TO SPARE!!!
16.3 K Ahmed to K Ghulam
4 FOUR!! QUITE A TOUCH! Back of a length and outside off. Ghulam uses the depth of the crease and glides it to the left of short third for a boundary.
16.2 K Ahmed to K Ghulam
6 SIX!! SALT ON THE WOUNDS!! Over the wicket. Full and around off. Ghulam gets forward and thumps it straight downtown over the bowler's head for a biggie.
