That's it from our end! Gurugram Thunders have beaten Maharashtra Tycoons in this fiery contest. Do switch tabs to follow more action from across the globe. See you tomorrow in the World Legends T20, as we have two big games in the ranks for Friday!

Till then, this is Arjun Bhalla, signing off on behalf of Satpak Sanyal and Yogesh Kumar.
Thisara Perera (Gurugram Thunders Captain): "Of course! Yesterday the story was quite same but we couldn't pass that total. Feels good to do it today.

The change was in mind. I told them to not keep the head down because there were just a couple of balls we missed. So that was the issue of yesterday. Today Chirag, Blackwood, Pujara and specially Ross helped us gaining the momentum.

This is very similar to Sri Lanka for the beaches. It is almost like Hambantota, Galle."
Chirag J Gandhi (LOTM): "Yeah, I couldn't take my team over the line yesterday, but it's a personal relief for me that I could take my team to victory today.

(On the changes he made today) I challenged myself today after not finishing the game yesterday. I am very happy to take my team home.

(On Thisara Perera's knock) Actually, Ross & I had a great partnership... And then we all know what TP (Thisara Perera) can do. He took the pressure off me with hitting those boundaries (in the end), and it made my job easy."

Time for the post-match presentations.
Asghar Afghan (Maharashtra Tycoons Captain): "I think the target was good. But as dew came in, gripping the ball became difficult. This is the advantage you get while chasing. Credit goes to Chirag Gandhi for the way he batted.

Shaun Marsh and our middle order batters did really well. In the start, it was coming a bit low onto the bat but they have done well. No doubt when we come to India, it feels like home. We are playing here for a lot of years and it is good for experience to come and play here."
10:57 PM IST, Local Time: The Gurugram Thunders with a statement victory over Maharashtra Tycoons. They have chased down the total of 200 runs with three deliveries to spare, winning it by five wickets. Kudos to Chirag J Gandhi for an exceptional knock - an unbeaten 74 off 43 balls. With this, they have bagged their win of the season.

Jermaine Blackwood laid a perfect foundation in the chase for the Thunders. He went big during his blitz of 43 runs at the top of the order. The West Indian stitched a fifty-plus opening partnership with Cheteshwar Pujara. And after his partner's dismissal, Gandhi joined Blackwood in the middle. They had a 43-run stand between them, which allowed the number three to get the hang of the conditions.

Gandhi then joined hands with the impact player, Ross Taylor. The duo added 57 runs for the fourth wicket before they lost two wickets in a quick span. Although Gandhi, alongwith his skipper Thisara Perera, took the Thunders home with their unbeaten stand of 42 runs.

The former Gujarat batter scored a sublime 74, amassing seven fours and three maximums during his show in the evening.

Earlier in the day, Saurin Thakar (2/27) and Stuart Broad (1/18 in three) were the pick of the bowlers for Gurugram. The two bowled so well as they neutralised the knocks from Sarul Kanwar (83* off 36) and Shaun Marsh (52). Nevertheless, at the end of the day, the better team won the game.

Stay tuned for the presentation...
