Time to wrap up this coverage, folks! The second match of today’s Abu Dhabi T10 is just around the corner, so switch tabs and join us there. For now, it’s me, Deepak Prakash, signing off from this space along with scorer Ashok Dayma. CHEERS!
Wasim Akram (POTM): "Very proud to take the new ball today. The coach trusted me, and I’m happy with how I performed. With the new ball, I focus on hitting the hard length and getting that natural inswing."

6:52 PM IST, 4:22 PM Local Time: Back-to-back wins for Ajman Titans, who outclassed the Royal Champs by 7 wickets with 10 balls remaining. The Titans dominated the chase from the outset and now rise to third place on the points table. Meanwhile, the Royal Champs slump to their fourth straight defeat, leaving their playoff hopes virtually extinguished after another disappointing outing.

Earlier, Royal Champs managed 109/5 in their 10 overs — a total slightly below par. They lost Aaron Jones early, but Jason Roy (42) and Brandon McMullen (43) rebuilt with an 80-run stand. Momentum dipped after Roy’s exit, though Chris Jordan’s quick 13 helped them cross 100. For the Titans, Wasim Akram and Chris Green took two wickets each, while Piyush Chawla claimed one.

Ajman Titans made light work of the 110-run chase. Aneurin Donald (16) and Alex Hales (21) set the tone with a quick start, and Rilee Rossouw’s brisk 37 off 20 kept the momentum firmly with the Titans. The Royal Champs’ bowlers struggled to apply any pressure, conceding boundaries throughout.

Moeen Ali then sealed the deal in style, smashing an unbeaten 29 off just 10 balls to take the Titans home with 10 balls to spare. Daniel Sams, Rishi Dhawan, and Chris Jordan bagged one wicket each for the Champs.

Stay tuned for the presentation.......
