So that marks the end of our coverage from the 9th T10 match of the Canada Super 60 tournament. Montreal Royal Tigers were in deep trouble early in the run chase but a masterclass from Dilpreet Bajwa has sealed the deal for them.

For now, this is Saptak Sanyal signing off on behalf of my co-commentator Mohammad Anab and the scorer/analyst for this game Dushyant Madhukar Kumar. Have a good day!
Shakib Al Hasan (Montreal Royal Tigers Captain): "Very unpredictable game today. We bowled well and fielded well in the first innings. After the hat-trick in the first over of our chase, we thought that we had lost the game but credit goes to Dilpreet Bajwa. He single-handedly won the game for us.

The good part of this tournament is that it is giving exposure to local talent. Good thing for Canada cricket.

We have few more games to go and we are confident to qualify for the semi-final stage."
Daniel Christian (Toronto Sixers Captain): "I think watching Alex and Jason's struggle in the middle, I thought we had enough on the board. They are two great white ball players. Then came Sams' hat-trick! We felt we were in a good position. But it is tough to stop someone when they get going.

We have seen it in every game, the game ebbs and flows. It has been a really exciting few days here in Vancouver."
Dilpreet Bajwa (POTM): "I just played my natural game. First rotated the strike and waited for bad balls. Later, I went for my shots when I got set in the middle.

I believe there is enough cricketing talent in Canada and people just need to look out for them."

Time for post-match presentations...
12:39 PM IST and 12:09 AM Local Time | The run chase has been a fiery show from Dilpreet Bajwa. He came when his team was in some trouble but he kept his nerves and remained unbeaten on 68 off 22 to help his side finish the game in style. Montreal Royal Tigers have won the contest by 5 wickets and with 10 balls to spare.

Toronto Sixers won the toss and opted to bat first. Alex Hales and Jason Roy failed to meet the expectations and scored only 60 in the first 7 overs in their partnership. Roy was bowled by Ryan Higgins on 41 and Hales continued to struggle. Daniel Sams and Navneet Dhaliwal then got out for cheap scores. Suresh Raina was instrumental in his side scoring over the 100-run mark. He hit two maximums and a boundary to score 19 off 8 balls. Alex Hales remained unbeaten on 21 off 19 balls, a completely faltered innings from the English veteran as the Sixers posted only 103 losing 4 wickets in their 10 overs.

For the Montreal Royal Tigers, Ryan Higgins, Andrew Tye, Shakib Al Hasan and Ansh Patel took a wicket each.

To defend the 104-run target in a flat pitch, Sixers needed early wickets. Daniel Sams was to a tee in his approach and took a hat-trick in the first over. He removed opener Josh Brown, skipper Shakib Al Hasan and Isuru Udana and made it a triple wicket maiden in the first over. Later Daniel Christian removed Tom Moores to make the score 10/4. At the end of the first half of the second innings, Montreal Royal Tigers could post only 28.

That's where the game changed. Navneet Dhaliwal came to bowl the 6th over. He went for five sixes in the first five balls and a boundary in the last ball. A wide ball made it 35 off the over. Dilpreet Bajwa changed the game there. Later his partner Shreyas Movva chipped in and hit two sixes to score 16 off 14. Bajwa got to his fifty in just 15 balls and took the equation to 8 off the final couple of overs. Nick Hobson hit a boundary and a maximum in the first two balls of Mark Watt's over and finished the game off. Dilpreet Bajwa remained unbeaten on 68 off 22 balls with 2 fours and 9 towering sixes!
