Vijaykumar Vyshak (Gulbarga Mystics Captain):"I mean for the team, in the dug-out, we keep talking about him (Smaran). Hopefully he continues with this momentum. We have a few important games coming up. If we get another victory now, we will go to top two.
It was a dream ball for me (to dismiss Mayank Agarwal). I am in a good rhythm. We gave 10-15 runs extra but the batters played a few good shots. Hopefully I carry it forward. I think everybody's contribution is really important. Hopefully we can continue it as a team and win the tournament."
Orange cap goes to Smaran Ravichandran. He is on 291 run now and has overtaken Devdutt Padikkal.
Smaran Ravichandran (Player of the Match):"I think the only thing I was telling myself was to take it deep. Chasing 160-170 can be tricky at times in this wicket. If we have wickets in hand, it is going to be easy.
In T20, it is all about playing the middle over well. I know that if I stay in the middle and have Dubey or others to join in the next five overs, you can add over 60-70 runs. If I am unbeaten in the deep, I can go for sixes. I think it is more mental than skills.
The aim is to play for the country."

11:00 PM IST, Local Time: Smaran Ravichandran proving his abilities yet again in a chasing masterclass! The surface wasn't much batting friendly but he made it look like a highway, as Gulbarga Mystics chased 165 runs down by 7 wickets and 4 balls to spare without a hiccup.
Earlier in the evening, Vyshak Vijaykumar won the toss and opted to bowl first. Bengaluru Blasters after being invited to bat first, were off to a great start with both the openers scoring runs at a good pace, but then after the first wicket was dismissed, wickets started to fall from both ends and one man walked after another in an absolute harakiri.
Suraj Ahuja walking out at 6, alongside Rohan Naveen batting at 8, built up a partnership taking the side to 164/7 in 20 overs. Suraj Ahuja scored 54 off 31 deliveries with 4 fours and 4 sixes. Rohan Naveen went back unbeaten for an 18 ball 34 run knock with 6 fours in it. Vyshak Vijaykumar was the pick of the bowlers with his 4 overs 3 wickets for 34 runs.
Coming out to chase 164, Luvnith Sisodia took charge from ball one, but later placed the ball straight to the man at deep mid wicket and walked off scoring 16 off 9 balls. Nikin Jose returned back shortly after retired hurt, as he pulled his hamstring.
Smaran Ravichandran walked out to bat and turned the complexion of the game. A chasing masterclass from Smaran with Prajwal Pavan struggling on the other end. He kept ticking the scoring rate and played the big shot as and when necessary. He looked like a man possessed and didn't look under pressure at all. He finished the run chase almost without a blemish. He scored 89(52)* with 8 fours and 5 sixes, taking his team home with ease. Praveen Dubey helped him get over the line by scoring the winning runs in the back end. He added 29 runs off 14 balls unbeaten with 5 boundaries. Shubhang Hegde was the pick of the bowlers with his 2 wickets for 31 runs in his 4 overs.
