That's it from our side. Pakistan Champions have beaten West Indies Champions comprehensively by 49 runs. This is Utsav Chandak, signing off on behalf of my fellow co-commentator Aditya Agarwal and the scorer/analyst for the fixture, Zeeshan Naiyer. Stay updated with CREX for all cricket actions.
Shoaib Malik (Pakistan Champions Stand-In Captain) : "I guess the innings which he has played is remarkable. He practiced hard and he showed us that practice pays off. We will know by tomorrow if he(Mohammad Hafeez) is fine or not as he has pulled his hamstring. We are trying our best to play good cricket.
Yeah definitely, we got a good bowling attack. It is always best to utilize your assets according to the conditions. The players are giving their best and this what everyone wants."
Chris Gayle (West Indies Captain): "Pakistan jumped us. Kamran batted beautifully scoring a century in the first innings. They started well, what's his name? Rumman Raees and Tanvir started well and it was difficult to get going against them.
We have only one game left, that is against India, and hopefully we will bounce back in Leicester. Once we qualify, there is no stopping us."
Player of the match: Kamran Akmal

12:39 AM IST & 08:09 PM Local Time | A clinical performance by the men in green as they demolish West Indies Champions by a huge margin of 49 runs.
Earlier, Pakistan Champions won the toss and opted to bat first. They posted a huge total of 200/4 on the back of Kamran Akmal's stunning knock of 113 off 62 balls. He smashes the bowlers to all parts of the ground and ensure that his team reach to a competitive total.
Dave Mohammed impressed with the ball in hand as he picked up 1 wicket and gave away just 29 runs in his 4 overs.
Chasing 201, West Indies Champions never really got going. Dwayne Smith and Chris Gayle started very slowly with the latter getting out in the fourth over with just 9 runs on the board. Lendl Simmons got out on the very next ball as well.
Dwayne Smith struggled his way through as he made just 3 runs in 20 balls in the pursuit of the chase. Rumman Raees removed him as well, bagging 3 wickets inside the powerplay.
Chadwick Walton hit some lusty blows in his knock of 42 runs off 30 balls before getting out to Aamer Yamin. William Perkins chipped in with a knock of 30 runs off 26 but he got out soon too.
DJ Bravo and Ashley Nurse hit some late runs in the back-end, however their efforts went in vain as they fell short of the target by 49 runs. Stay tuned for the presentations!
