Hopefully, very dangerous. We have a well-rounded team. More inexperienced bowlers have shown some real skills and growth over the last couple of weeks. That has been awesome for us. Hopefully, we keep winning.
I don't think we get enough off season time or do we? Aaron Hardie was fantastic with both bat and the ball. During the Christmas period, I was at home. My first time at home for a while. Good time spent with my family and loved ones. Hopefully, we continue winning."

But more than the victory, it is the manner of it which will feel extremely satisfying for the fans. A couple of senior pros, who had been struggling in the tournament so far, have stepped up and carved this result for them.
The change of calendar brought about a change in form for Mitchell Marsh — who scored an enthralling hundred to set up this victory for his team on New Year's day. He might say that he was helped somewhat by his good mate Matthew Wade, who put down a sharp chance off his bat. The 38 year old did leap to his right, but could not latch on.
And thus, the show began. Power, authority and crystal clear intent on display. You know how Marsh is when he gets going — he doesn't hit the ball, he bludgeons it. That's what he did for the most part of his 102 (58) too. There was a slowdown in between — a 26 ball period where Scorchers did not find a boundary. But it was more than made up for in the second half of the innings, thanks largely to Aaron Hardie.
Promoted to no.4 today, the all-rounder made the most of it. His start was sedate, but he switched gears as soon as the Power Surge was opted for and blasted away 26 runs (including 4 leg byes) off a Chris Jordan over. The duo stitched a 167-run partnership and Hardie finished unbeaten on 94*.
In the second innings, it was Ashton Agar who found form. Up until this point, he had not picked up a single wicket. Today, he scalped three including that of Tim Ward and Matthew Wade, both of whom were striking at over 150.
