That's it from our coverage of the 3rd and final T20 international between New Zealand Women and Zimbabwe Women from Hamilton. Ninaad Dixit here signing off on behalf of my co-commentator Karthik Raj and scorer Yogesh Kumar. Stay tuned for more action from around the world.
The New Zealand team lift the T20I trophy and pose for pictures. A tremendous and comprehensive performance from the hosts.
Amelia Kerr (New Zealand Women Captain): "Anytime you play sport, you want to win. It's nice to get the win.
[on the debutants] That' been one of the highlights of this series. Having Kaylee and Nensi run out there and do so well. It' been awesome having them in the group and seeing them contribute to the team as well.
[on improvements for WODIs] It's a new format so doing things for longer and we'll have a few more meetings over the next few days. Just doing things for longer, hitting the stumps and building the big partnerships."
Nomvelo Sibanda (Zimbabwe Women Captain): "[on the performance] It was really tough. We really tried our best but we just didn't come to the party.
[summing up the T20s] Obviously disappoint result but we've got a few positives to take out of here.
[on the positives] Catches win matches so I think if we hold on to those, we will be a better fielding team. The positives - that we are creating those chances and today we had the tailenders carrying us with the bat as well so there's positives.
[on the WODIs] Keeping it simple and applying ourselves a little better, maybe handling pressure a little better as well."
Amelia Kerr (Player of the Series): [on her performance] "It's nice to be able to contribute, nice to get 3 wins for the team.
[on their bowling today] We obviously started with a flier picking up those wickets. Their lower order did a great job to bat through and post the score they did but pleasing to get the win.
It's always nice to get runs and wickets. They come and go at times so you take them when you can."
Player of the Series: Amelia Kerr
Nensi Patel (Player of the Match): "Yesterday we talked about bowling tighter lines to the batters and today we were able to achieve that and it was great to see this result for the team.
[on the series] I really enjoyed myself out there. The support from Amelia and the staff has been real awesome. They've just let me come in and do what I've done best.
[on winning the award at her home turf] It's amazing. You dream of playing for the country and the way it's happened, it's really been awesome. I've enjoyed this experience so much."
Player of the Match: Nensi Patel
