A low-scoring contest at Trent Bridge saw the home side get over the line with relative ease in the end. However, despite a fine victory, the Nottinghamshire Outlaws will not be progressing to the knockouts.
For now, that's all from us. This is Ajay Pal Singh, signing off on behalf of my colleague Bishal Mandal. Goodbye!!!
Player of the Match: Tom Moores
1:33 AM IST & 9:03 PM Local Time: Nottinghamshire Outlaws finish their campaign with a win but it won't be enough to take them through to the knockouts. They put on a show in front of home fans at Trent Bridge with a win with 28 balls to spare.
Earlier in the game, spinners ran riot for the hosts after Lancashire won the toss and opted to bat.
Only four players got into double figures for the visitors. Matthew Hurst was the top-scorer with a knock of 36. He added 63 runs with Chris Green for the 6th wicket.
Phil Salt made 18, Keaton Jennings scored 20, while Green added 29 to the total as they were bowled out for 126.
Farhan Ahmed starred with the ball, taking a hat-trick and also a five-wicket haul. Matthew Montgomery and Liam Patterson-White both chipped in with two wickets each.
In reply, Nottinghamshire were in deep trouble at one stage, losing four wickets for 14 runs inside the first three overs.
Lyndon James and Tom Moores steadied the ship with a partnership of 81 runs. Moores completed his half-century and then put on a 31-run stand with Daniel Sams to put his side on the brink. Sams hit the winning runs to end Outlaws campaign with four points.

1 Back of a length on the stumps. Sams misses the pull but goes through for a leg bye as the ball rolls in the leg side off his body. Given as runs, looks like it hit the gloves as well. They get the win and four points but it won't be enough to take them through to the knockouts.
1W RUN-OUT!!!! Over the wicket. Hard length on the stumps. Sams flicks it to square leg and wants a second. A direct-hit at the bowler's end and Moores seems to be struggling. TV umpire has been called. The replays are in and he is short of his crease. OUT loads on the big screen.
