11:33 PM IST & 07:33 PM Local Time | PHEW! What an enthralling match we just had. Sussex Sharks hold their nerves and win it off the last ball of the match, beating Gloucestershire by 4 wickets.
Earlier, Gloucestershire won the toss and opted to bat first. They posted an above par score of 185/5 on the back of D'Arcy Short's fifty and quick cameos from Cameron Bancroft and Ben Charlesworth.
Henry Crocombe was the pick of the bowler for his side as he bagged 3 wickets to his name in his quota of 4 overs.
Chasing 186, Sussex got off to a sedate start by their openers, however George Thomas got out with a score of 29 on the board. Daniel Hughes and Tom Clark played some good shots but they fell cheaply too.
Sussex were 57-3 at one stage, James Coles and Tom Alsop then joined hands together. The duo then put up a stunning 106-run stand for the fourth wicket and got their side back into the game.
Both the set batter got out in the death overs. With 15 required from 5 balls, Danny Lamb hit 3 fours to David Payne and got his side over the line on the very last ball. In the end, Sussex Sharks emerged victorious by 4 wickets.

THERE IT IS!! An outstanding win for Sussex as they win it off the last ball of the innings. They beat Gloucestershire by 4 wickets.
19.6 D Payne to D Lamb
4 FOURRRR RUNS! That would be it. Sussex win it. Payne to Lamb, who clips it for a boundary. They have chased it down. Too full on off-stump. Lamb flicks his wrists as he times the ball downtown for a boundary at long-on! Sussex Sharks win this match by four wickets!
IT'S A FOURR!! THE SCORES ARE LEVELLED!!! Just 1 more needed from the last ball. Will this be a tie or will Sharks cruise through? Payne has few changes in the field.
19.5 D Payne to D Lamb
4 FOURRR! SCORES ARE LEVEL! Sussex can't lose it now. Full and wide. Lamb sits low as he gets underneath the bounce and launches it over short extra cover for a boundary.
