Milestone
That brings an end to our coverage of this game. Keep joining us for more cricketing action all around the globe. For now, this is Akshay Bhide, signing off, on behalf of my co-commentator Karthik Raj and scorer Paras Yadav. Bye bye.
Baba Aparajith (Chepauk Super Gillies Captain): "I have been on the losing side a lot in situations like these. Happy to be on the winning side this time. (On TD Lokesh Raj) It is difficult for bowlers to come up and start bowling in the 18th over. Hats off to him for taking a five-wicket haul. Even in the match against Nellai, I used him for the end overs. In situations like these, the talent of players comes out.

I had a good partnership with Vijay Shankar and then Swapnil Singh. Wicket-wise, this was a good total. I am telling again and again, it is very difficult to bowl 18th and 20th overs."
TD Lokesh Raj (Player of the Match): "(About DD having the upper-hand when he came onto bowl) They had the upper-hand. Apar anna (Baba Aparajith) trusted me and asked to deliver wide yorkers alone. Just comes out at the heat of the moment. The advantage of our team is that we have 6-7 bowlers. Thanks to Apar anna for trusting me."

Time for the Post-match Presentation!
Ravichandran Ashwin (Dindigul Dragons Captain): "Lack of experience. We would have won it comfortably but I feel the lack of experience cost us the game.

Finishing game is a different skill and it was about the inexperience of our batters. CSG bowled well and held their nerves. I won't say it was a failure. It was a learning for us."

11:20 PM IST: What a stunning finish to the game as TD Lokesh Raj ends up with a five-wicket haul inside two overs as Chepauk Super Gillies steal an eight-run victory to go four wins in four matches.

As usual, Dindigul came out with intent to chase down 181 with Ravichandran Ashwin finding all the zones of the ground. At the other end, Shivam Singh struggled and was eventually caught at backward point off M Silambarasan’s bowling in the 5th over.

Then, the key pair of Ashwin and Baba Indrajith took the team to 53/1 at the end of the Powerplay but the scoring rate dipped for the next few overs. With the pressure rising, Ashwin started to step on the gas in the 10th over and he got to his fifty off 30 balls eventually. Soon, runs started to flow from both the ends as Indrajith started to play some classic shots which pushed the pressure onto the Chepauk Super Gillies.

The 100-run partnership was brought up at the end of the 16th over but Ashwin holed out to long-off with Abhishek Tanwar breaking the partnership. In the very next over, TD Lokesh Raj picked up three wickets including the massive scalp of Indrajith to push his side ahead in a crucial situation. With 18 runs required off the last 12 balls, Tanwar bowled Karthik Saran as Dindigul lost their 6th wicket. Tanwar still seemed to have made a huge blunder as he came up with a front-foot no-ball at the end of the penultimate over. However, he kept his composure and delivered a dot ball.

In the final over, Lokesh plucked out a stunning return to send back Aakash Sharma while he dismissed Varun Chakravarthy off the final delivery of the innings to complete a sensational five-wicket haul.
