That's all from this contest, folks! It's me, Deepak Prakash, signing off on behalf of co-commentators Akshay Bhide, Karthik Raj, and scorer/analyst Dushyant Madhukar Kumar. CHEERS!
Arshin Kulkarni (Player of the Match): From the start, the whole team was confident. We were excited playing against such a good team as they have players like Rahul bhaiya (Rahul Tripathi) and Ankit da (Ankit Bawne). I am just putting in the work during practice and listening to the coaches."
Player of the Match: Arshin Kulkarni
Prashant Solanki (Eagle Nashik Titans Captain): "Yeah, it feels really good, and we're taking it one game at a time. The fast bowlers exploited the conditions well and bowled with great discipline. My aim was to come in and bowl tight lines. It’s cricket—anything can happen."
Rahul Tripathi (Kolhapur Tuskers Captain): "With a 09:30 AM start, they bowled well. It was difficult to bat on but we could have done better. 150-160 would have been a good score. The bowlers fought till the end though. Runs were a little less on the board. Not much to think about. 09:30 AM start makes a lot of difference. Whatever we have been doing, we will do the same things."
1:30 PM IST, Local Time: A comfortable victory for Eagle Nashik Titans, as they thumped Kolhapur Tuskers by 4 wickets with 22 balls to spare, making it two wins in two in the ongoing MPL.

Earlier, after being invited to bat first, Kolhapur Tuskers got off to a shaky start and lost wickets at regular intervals from the outset. Vishant More (22) and Shrikant Mundhe (27) held their fort in the middle for a while but struggled to score at a brisk pace. The Tuskers were 9 down for 107 runs in 19 overs, and then came a valuable cameo from Anand Thenge (35*), who smashed Mukesh Choudhary for fun in the final over and hammered 27 runs in it, propelling his side to a respectable 134/9 in 20 overs.

Prashant Solanki shone with the ball for Eagle Nashik Titan, claiming 4 wickets for just 13 runs in his 4-over spell.

In reply, Eagle Nashik Titans lost Mandar Bhandari for just 4 runs in the opening over of the innings. However, Arshin Kulkarni and Sahil Parikh scored briskly and kept the scoreboard moving at a decent pace.

Parikh departed after a brisk 16-ball 27-run cameo, but Kulkarni joined forces with Rohan Damle to stitch a solid 81-run stand for the third wicket before holing out in the deep for 42. Damle, eyeing a glory shot, fell just five runs short of his fifty. The Titans lost four wickets in quick succession but eventually crossed the finish line with 4 wickets and 22 balls to spare.

Rajneesh Gurbani starred with the ball for Kolhapur Tuskers, grabbing 4 wickets, while Shreyas Chavan and Shrikant Mundhe celebrated a solitary wicket.

Stay tuned for the presentation....
