Milestone
That's it from this doubleheader day in the MLC. San Francisco Unicorns attain three wins on a trot while MI New York still searches for their maiden win of the season. We hope we enjoyed the coverage thoroughly.

This is Arijit Kundu, signing off along with co-commentator AkshayaKrishna Polya and scorer Ghanendra Singh Thakur! Goodbye!
Corey Anderson (San Francisco Unicorns Captain): "Yeah, incredible. It's been more of a fortress to be honest. We have got a lot of faith in each other in this team. Confidence helps, and look, the stadium has been fantastic, the groundsmen have been outstanding, and the fans have been superb.

Xavier, he was very very cool. He won us the game for us. We bat very deep, and when you know you're in good form and can do.

He's [Hassan Khan] pivotal to the balance of our side. He bowls some tough overs and bats well. He knows what he has to do; he knows his game very well. This stadium has been rocketing, it's finally been outstanding. Really really happy to get three wins and sign off from here."
Xavier Bartlett (Player of the Match): "You always give yourselves give a chance. Played a lot of cricket, calm yourself down and focus on your game. Obviously, try and contribute anywhere I can. Argh, I just felt that the ball was coming off nice and the feat. came off well. They're a great coaching side as well, our management, they're great to work with. Thanks."
Player of the Match: Xavier Bartlett (Who Else)
Nicholas Pooran (MI New York Captain): "Yes, I do feel we were in the game. Our par score was around 175, I believe. During the day, the conditions were a bit tricky and on the slower side. That said, we managed to recover quite well. We had put ourselves in a strong position to reach 200, but unfortunately, we lost some crucial wickets, and that really hurt us.

Yeah, as you see in cricket these days, the game is never over, especially in T20s. We played really well and fought hard out there. Hassan counter-attacked brilliantly against us. We did bowl well in phases, but at times we were poor, and that’s something we need to reflect on. Tonight, we feel like we let this one slip, and obviously, that hurts."

10:18 AM IST and 9:48 PM Local Time: WHAT A WAY TO SIGN OFF FROM HOME! Three in Three wins, and what a domination it has been. Also, they continue their domination against MI New York. They win three out of three against this opposition.

Unlike their counterparts, the San Francisco Unicorns got off to a shaky start after losing four wickets inside the powerplay. Trent Boult, Naveen-ul-Haq, and Ehsan Adil were the men behind the wickets in that phase. However, a flurry of fours in the sixth over helped them to 42 runs inside the field restrictions. A 64-run stand between Hassan Khan (43) and Tom Seifert followed with the former scoring runs thick and fast with a counter-attacking approach.

Although Sunny Patel broke the partnership in the twelfth over, followed by Tim Seifert's (33) departure in the immediate next over, Xavier Bartlett took on the charge at the opposition. He was pivotal in a 25-run over off Michael Bracewell, changing the complexion of the chase completely. Although Ehsan and Naveen bowled well in the subsequent overs, Boult gifted runs as the equation came down to 2 required off the final over, courtesy of Bartlett racing to his maiden T20 fifty in 21 balls. A wide and a six followed, rubbishing Pollard's final over tactics to slow down the game as SFU remained at the top of the table with three consecutive wins.

On the back of a couple of wins, San Francisco Unicorns decided to field first after winning the toss. Agni Chopra's early dismissal seemed like it was the right decision until a 58-run stand between Quinton de Kock and Monank Patel. Following a 54-run powerplay, Hassan Khan and the pacers worked well in tandem to wreak havoc in their middle order before cameos from Kieron Pollard (16-ball 30) and Sunny Patel (11-ball 20) propelled MI New York to 182/7.
