Till then it is me, Aditya Agarwal signing off, on behalf of Arjun Bhalla and Sahil. BYE, CHEERS!
Hayley Matthews( West Indies Women Captain) : " Yeah, we are happy to come out on the winning side. Our fielders probably helped us as well. Hopefully many more runs for me to come. Our bowlers really did their job today.
We spoke about stepping up and Qiana & Stefanie batted really well today. I think the understand of her (Qiana Joseph) role and how it impacts the game."
Laura Wolvaardt (South Africa Women Captain): "Not our best performance. West Indies came in pretty nicely. They got us in there. I don't think we had an ideal score on the board, but Nadine de Klerk took us there. I think we were swinging to get the momentum our way with the ball. However, there are no excuses. We need to get back with a better performance."
Qiana Joseph (POTM): "I am very happy with my performance. I want to thank the team management. My skipper told me to keep everything simple. I am putting hard yards in my batting and in my fitness as well."
Player of the Match: Qiana Joseph
