Gaby Lewis (Ireland Women Captain) : "Yeah, we are very happy about the result. We are very close to Pakistan in terms of ranking and they came hard at us as well. We are happy about the series result.
We have a good bench strength and got many good options. It will be a very tricky selection criteria for us going forward. We are looking forward to it."
Orla Prendergast (Player of the series): "Yeah happy enough, might have been a bit short in their with the bat. So yeah, its kind of mixed opinions.
Its exactly what we need, more and more series against big teams like these. I think we have shown it time and time again how good a side we are."
Player of the series: Orla Prendergast
Fatima Sana (Pakistan Women Captain) : "Finally I can laugh today. We wanted that type of innings and Muneeba played really well. The way Aliya played today, we wanted her to promote up the order and she played confidently.
Our spinners bowled really well today. I think in T20 cricket it is very important to make a comeback."
Muneeba Ali (Player of the match): "Yeah when I got a start in powerplay. I wanted to get over the line. I told Aliya to find the gaps after the powerplay.
Once the powerplay ended, I started rotating the strike and finding the odd boundary.
Yeah, it was in my mind but t20 world cup is a long time ago. So, only 50 overs is in my mind."
