So, that’s it for this game between Chennai Smashers and Haryanvi Hunters. The Hunters suffer their first defeat of the season, bringing their unbeaten streak to an end. It has been a fantastic day of cricket, capped off by India’s triumph in the 2025 Champions Trophy in Dubai.

For now, this is Hiren Kumar, signing off on behalf of my co-commentator Karthik Raj and scorer Zeeshan Naiyer. See you with more cricket action tomorrow. Until then, goodbye!

Mahesh Keshwala (Chennai Smashers Captain): "Thank you so much. Said same during the last match that if we put on a good total, the bowlers will have confidence in defending it. This streak of three wins in three against Haryanvi Hunters gives us confidence."
Ankit Nagar (Player of the Match): "Me and Rahul were targeting 200+. I had a good partnership with Rahul in the middle. I was prepared for everything and it was important to post up a big total on the board and help the bowlers."

Welcome to the post match presentations.
11:05 PM IST: A dominant performance from the Chennai Smashers from start to finish as they wrap up a 58-run over Haryanvi Hunters.

Chennai Smashers laid down the challenge by posting 182/8. Thereafter, the Haryanvi Hunters opening duo of Keshav Chaudhary and Rajat Dalal put on 48 runs before the latter was out at the end of the second over. Then, the Smashers' skipper Mahesh Keshwala damaged the Hunters' middle-order with four scalps. Mohd Anas provided some entertainment during the fag end of the innings with three maximums but it was always going to be too little as the Smashers won by 58 runs.
