I try to focus on what my strength is. If you focus on the batter, you tend to move away from your strength.
I think you get accustomed to it. You try to adapt to the conditions. See how things are in the powerplay and then try to execute the plans.
Just get the team to the best possible start. My role is to get the team off to a quick start. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. But just try to do that in the next game."

Ajinkya Rahane (Kolkata Knight Riders Captain): "We had our plans you know. I've played here for more than 2 years, Moeen knows the conditions and DJ (Bravo) knows it too. Frankly, I thought the wicket would play better but it didn't play the way we thought. We had our plans and it worked really well for us tonight.
(On what were the plans made against CSK) Still a long way to go in the tournament. So, I don't want to share too many things.
(On playing Moeen Ali in place of Johnson) I mean in the end, it looked spot on for us. I thought the wicket would play better. It was a 170-180 wicket. I don't want to take any credit away from the bowlers. Moeen was brilliant. One game he is playing and in the next game, he is not. The way he has showed character is just amazing to see. He bowled really well. Sunny and Varun bowled brilliantly too. They dominated the middle overs for us. Really happy with Vaibhav and Harshit. They executed their plans as well.
Yes, my batting is working out now. I am trying to keep it simple and I have worked really hard since the last two years in terms of my batting in this format. It's going well for me.
(On the NRR) Initially when we started, there was no discussion about the NRR. After the 6th over, we thought about it. We thought if we can finish off the game early then we will have a massive boost in our NRR.
This is a format in which sometimes you play good cricket and sometimes you don't. Last game it was a tough loss for us. Sometimes you learn from them. I am really happy as the boys are working really hard. Now, we want to win every game rather than winning alternative games."
