Craig Ervine collects the trophy and calls his teammates up for a photograph. Zimbabwe have won the series by 2-1 margin and they are celebrating the emphatic victory.
Craig Ervine (Zimbabwe Captain): "Everybody is happy. The last week has been brilliant for us. Winning the toss was great for us. It was a testing phase to bat on, and Richie (Richard Ngarva) bowled brilliantly.
Batting top of the order and laying the foundation has been the key for us in this series. When you do get the initial platform, it gives the guys coming, like me and (Sikandar) Raza, the chance to play freely. Ben (Curran) and Brian (Bennett) have done well to follow their processes. We have spoken at length when you get in; make it count.
Ben got in and carried on for a match-winning score. The composure and calmness throughout today were outstanding. We had won the first game before as well but would lose the next one. Not today, thanks to the calmness shown by the boys."
Paul Stirling (Ireland Captain):"Look we were a bit happy at the halfway with the bat but could've posted 20 runs extra. I think the guys at the top did well. But later it became difficult for us to score at 7 runs per over rate. Happy with the way we played.
Overall, Ngarava and Muzarabani were excellent. We know how much challenging it becomes to face them.
We have a couple of days ahead of the T20I series. I hope we have a good day out and then we will do some preparations ahead of the series."
Brian Bennett (Player of the Series): "Thank you to you! I am trying to do my best for the team. I love batting at the top of the order, as scoring gets easier for me there. I get to face as many balls up front. I love the ODI format!"
Player of the Series: Brian Bennett
Ben Curran (Player of the Match):"Unbelievable feeling. The series win is a big thing for us. Happy to contribute.
I don't think my approach was different. In the last two games, I didn't face much balls in the powerplay. Today I found the gaps. It got better to bat in the afternoon. It was a bit sloppy in the morning. Happy to contribute for Zimbabwe."
Player of the Match: Ben Curran
Sikandar Raza became the 10th cricketer to represent Zimbabwe in 150 ODI matches and he gets an award.
