James Vince and Joe Weatherley may have made some game for the Hawks with their legendary 141-run stand, but it is Tom Abell-Sean Dickson's partnership that has brought four points home.
Chasing 179 runs, the Somerset side lost three wickets around the powerplay. But then came Abell and Dickson to rescue. They stitched an 89-run stand, where they put pressure back on the Hawks.
Dickson completed his fifty but went packing against Benny Howell. Abell, too, joined his partner back in the hut. However, Ben Green played a timely cameo, along with Lewis Goldsworthy, who provided the finishing touches.
