That is all from the action here. This is Sourabh Agrawal taking your leave on behalf of my co-commentator Deepak Prakash and scorer Dushyant Madhukar Kumar. Take care, see you soon!
Mehidy Hasan Miraz (Khulna Tigers' Captain): "We are committed, we have to win. This was a do-or-die match, like the last two matches. I am proud of my boys, they played really well. Some guys like Hetmyer and Holder came this morning only, did really well.

I only say one thing that we are a very dangerous team at this moment, we won the last two matches as well. Nasum bowled really well, he has been doing well. I wanted him to bowl slow. Hasan and Naim played well too."
Nasum Ahmed (Player of the Match): "We executed well with the ball, and that's why we achieved success. When I came on to bowl in the powerplay, my aim was to contain the runs. I’ve been hungry for a Player of the Match award for a long time, and fortunately, I managed to grab it today."
Player Of The Match: Nasum Ahmed
Saif Hassan (Rangpur Riders): "Yeah, it's very disappointing. We got what we wanted—batting first—but we didn’t utilize the powerplay effectively. We lost wickets regularly, and that ultimately cost us the game.

I think the decision-making was poor today, and the run-out also cost us the game. However, the wicket was good for batting.

Yeah, we got off to a flying start in this tournament, but we lost momentum, and that's the key learning—we shouldn't let the momentum slip away."
Time for the post-match presentation.....
4:14 PM Local Time, 3:44 PM IST: Jubilation in the Khulna Tigers' camp as they have absolutely tore apart the Rangpur Riders in this Eliminator contest and have booked their places in the second eliminator winning the eliminator by 9 wickets and 58 balls to spare.

If someone asks you what is a no-contest, you can pretty much hand them over the scorecards of this match. Such was the dominance displayed by the Khulna Tigers over Rangpur Riders, it would be safe to say that only one team turned up to the Shere Bangla National Stadium in Dhaka.

The only thing that went in the favor of Rangpur Riders today was the coin toss before the start of the match and they will be looking back at their decision to bat first and wondering why they did it because what followed was an absolute implosion. Rangpur were bolstered by the incluion of the likes of James Vince, Tim David, Andre Russell straight from the ILT20 and they would have expected to get a big score on the back of some of these big names.

However, what followed was what no one would have expected as the Rangpur Riders fell down like a pack of cards. It started with a runout of Soumya Sarkar in the very first over and soon Rangpur were 15/5 inside the 6th over owing to the spin of Nasum Ahmed and Mehidy Hasan and some reckless batting. If it was not for a 23 from the skipper Nurul and then a bit of fireworks from number 10 Akif Javed who scored 32 off 18, Rangpur would not have even got to 85.

Chasing 86 was never going to be a challenge and it was always a matter of when rather than if. Khulna lost their skipper Mehidy for a duck in the first over to Akif Javed but that was the only piece of success for Rangpur as the tournament's leading run-getter Mohammad Naim combined with Alex Ross and comfortably saw the Khulna Tigers into the second qualifier with nearly half their innings remaining.

6 SIX! That's it! Mohammad Naim finishes off the things in style! Khulna Tigers win by 9 wickets and 58 balls to spare, progressing to the second Qualifier. Flighted delivery, full, outside the off-stump. Naim gets down on his back knee and plays the inside out nicely over deep extra cover for a biggie to seal the game for the Tigers. On the other hand, Rangpur Riders have been eliminated from the ongoing BPL.
