That’s all from our coverage of this exciting match. This is Hitesh Peddurwar signing off, joined by my co-commentators Arjun and Hiren, along with our scorer and analyst Manish Bishnoi. Stay with us for more cricketing action and keep following Crex!
Nurul Hasan(Rangpur Riders Captain): "Yeah definitely. We had to play as a team and had to believe in ourselves. I think our team management and support staff are really doing good.

Yeah, at the start it was difficult to bat at the start but Khushdil played really well and we knew that chasing a total is very difficult here.

Yeah, Akif Javed has been bowling really well for us and we have a long way to go hopefully we do well going forward."
Khushdil Shah (Player of the Match): " Today's wicket was a bit tricky, as the ball was bouncing a bit high, we only thought to take till the end. After 10-12 overs we were thinking of getting to a total over 150, as our bowling attack is really good."
Player of the Match: Khushdil Shah
Time for post-match presentation ceremony!
Mohammad Mithun (Chittagong Kings Captain): "Yeah, I thought we had full control till the first 10-12 overs, and we could have restricted them to 140. But I think we were not sharp enough on the field. There were some mistakes and laziness.

Again, we lost too many wickets in the powerplay, and (main) batters need to bat for the entire 20 overs. We wanted some rest and we will look to work on the areas of concern to comeback strongly."
10:01 IST & 10:31 Local Time| That's it!!! The Rangpur Riders continue their unbeaten streak, clinching a commanding 33-run victory over the Chittagong Kings in a top-of-the-table clash. With 8 wins in 8 matches, the Riders remain firmly at the top of the standings, showcasing their dominance in the tournament. The Rangpur Riders are qualified for the PlayOffs!

The Riders, batting first, posted a challenging 164/7. After a slow start, with Steven Taylor (39 off 32) and Saif Hasan (17 off 18) struggling against the new ball, Khushdil Shah played a blistering knock of 59 off 24 balls, including 7 sixes, propelling the Riders to a competitive total. Mahedi Hasan added a valuable 17 runs at the death to push the total further.

The Kings’ bowlers did well early on but failed to contain the runs in the latter stages. Aliss Islam was the standout bowler, finishing with 2/28, while Mohammad Wasim Jr also claimed two wickets.

In reply, the Chittagong Kings were restricted to 131/8.  Usman Khan was dismissed on the first ball of the innings. Parvez Hossain Emon (26 off 14) and Graham Clark (23 off 20) got off to decent starts, but the Kings were unable to maintain momentum as they lost wickets regularly. Shamim Hossain top-scored with a battling 38 off 31 balls, but the required run rate kept climbing. Key contributions from Mohammad Wasim Jr (6 off 6) and Arafat Sunny (5 not out) couldn’t prevent the defeat.

Akif Javed was the star with the ball, claiming 4 wickets for 32 runs, supported by Khushdil Shah (2/23) and Iftikhar Ahmed (1/22). The Riders successfully defended their total, sealing a 33-run victory to remain unbeaten with 8 wins from 8 matches.

Stay tuned for the post-match presentation ceremony!
