That's it from our coverage of the 2nd WODI between Bangladesh Women and Ireland Women. Ninaad Dixit signing off on behalf of my co-commentator Deepak Prakash and scorers Manish Bishnoi and Paras Yadav. Stay tuned for more action from around the world.
Nigar Sultana (Player of the Match & Bangladesh Women Captain)"More than winning the series we are getting 4 important points. Happy the way we batted and bowled. Every player knows their role and is working very much. We can see them executing in the middle."
Player of the Match: Nigar Sultana
Gaby Lewis (Ireland Women Captain): "Great to see the progression we made from the last game. So hopefully we'll push on to the next game and get the win.

Amy and Orla did really well and we tried to put the pressure back on Bangladesh which was really good. Hopefully we can string a few more partnerships in the next game. We were maybe 20 or 30 runs short. In this championship every game matters."
3:52 PM IST, 4:22 PM Local Time: Bangladesh take an unassailable 2-0 lead in the 3-match WODI series against Ireland winning the second match by 5 wickets and 37 balls to spare.

Ireland won the toss and elected to bat first. Amy Hunter scored 68 in 88 balls to take the side to 193/6 in their 50 overs. Sultana Khatun (2/32), Shorna Akter (1/6) and Nahida Akter (1/32) sharing the wickets between them.

Bangladesh lost Murshida Khatun (6) early in the chase to Orla Prendergast but fellow opener Fargana Hoque (50) and Sharmin Akhter (43) added 85 for the 2nd wicket to provide stability in the chase.

Laura Delany and Ava Canning removed Fargana and Sharmin in quick interval with skipper Nigar Sultana hitting 40 in just 39 balls with 4 fours and a six to take the chase forward. Delany struck again to remove Sobhana Mostary with Arlene Kelly cleaning up Nigar to put Bangladesh in a spot.

Shorna Akter played a composed unbeaten knock of 29 in 29 balls and guided the hosts to a victory. Delany (2/43) was the pick of the bowlers with Canning (1/22), Prendergast (1/10) and Kelly (1/34) chipping in as well.

Stay tuned for the post match presentation.

4 FOUR RUNS! Bangladesh seal the win! Fuller delivery on the pads, clips it gently behind square in the on side. Fine leg is chasing the ball in the deep but gives up. Umpire signals four!
