Yashodha Lanka (Sri Lanka, Player of the Match) - "It was tough out there. It was hot and humid and the pitch and the was on the slower side. I ran the singles and twos and pushed myself. The middle order is quite good and our team has experienced batters in the lineup. It helped me to build my innings."
Player of the Match - Yashodha Lanka
Nuwanidu Fernanado ( Sri Lanka A Captain) - " First of all, we set a good target of 170+. The surface was on the slower side, I think Sahan and Ramesh Mendis finished well for us today. Eshan Malinga and Nipun really bowled well today and helped us to get us over the line."
Nizakat Khan (Hong Kong Captain) - "I think we bowled well in the first 10 overs. Our fielding was sluggish post that. Credit goes to Sri Lanka A. The wicket was on the slower side but we didn't bat well so I'm not giving any excuses. We have to improve in all our departments. Especially bowling and fielding. These tournaments are a great learning curve for a side like us. "
