Milestone
So, that is it from myself, Karthik Raj and my co-commentators, Deepak Prakash and Ajay. A note of thanks to our scorer, Ghanendra Singh as well. Do stay tuned to a lot more cricketing action later today. Cricket never stops!
Cole McConchie (Canterbury Kings Captain): "I am stoked. Will take that every day of the week if I don't have to do much. Bowlers were class. Henners (Matt Henry) and Kyle (Kyle Jamieson) started there, they were just brilliant, set the tone for us.

There was a little bit of bounce and seam. Great bowling attack to call on in conditions like that. CD are a quality side, we will have to bring our A game to the final.

Hopefully, there is some sun tomorrow and we can score some runs. Bit of an unconventional method to make the final. We have been performing well in the last few seasons. Should be a great game of cricket in the final."
Jeet Raval (Northern Brave Captain): "Yeah, disappointing in the way which we finished the season. Canterbury exploited the conditions well. Credit to them for the way they bowled.

It was a fresh wicket, there was moisture as well. They got a quality bowling attack and rarely missed their lengths.

We kept losing wickets early on, some chances didn't go our way and it could have been different. But I won't take anything away from Canterbury, they were brilliant today.

I would leave that for Neil Wagner to decide (chuckles)."
Game Changer of the Match: Matt Henry

11:41 AM IST & 07:11 PM Local Time | That is that! What a dominant win from Canterbury as they register a seven-wicket win with 41 balls to spare. They are through to the Grand Final on Sunday to face Central Stags.

The win was obviously set up by the seam bowlers in the Powerplay who reduced the Northern Brave to 7/5 after 5.3 overs. Matt Henry, in particular, ended up with remarkable figures of 4-3-2-2 as he finished his spell in the 7
th over itself. Jeet Raval came up with a recovery job as he made 45 with the trio of Brett Hampton, Neil Wagner and Fred Walker chipping in with useful runs. Canterbury still did enough to restrict the Brave to just 110/9 off 20 overs with Kyle Jamieson and Henry Shipley also taking three wickets apiece.

In reply, Kristian Clarke dismissed Mitchell Hay for a duck to give the Brave much-needed hope. However, the pair of Chad Bowes and Matt Boyle removed any nervousness with a 69-run partnership. Boyle looked good for a fifty but he fell just two runs short as Fergus Lellman had him caught behind in the 8th over. Daryl Mitchell came in at No.4 and looked to be positive as he found the boundary a few times before being sent back by Lellman for 20 runs. In the end, Chad Bowes struck the winning runs as Canterbury got over the line with almost seven overs to spare.

2 That's it!!!! Chad Bowes takes the Canterbury Kings into the final. Short ball from over the wicket. Outside off. Bowes gets on top of the bounce and pulls it to deep backward square leg. He jogs back for the second run and that is that from this game. End of Northern Brave's campaign. Emotional scenes for Neil Wagner, he is in tears on the field.
Just two runs to get for Canterbury to get to the final. They have a massive 42 balls remaining!
