So, that also brings a wrap to our coverage of this game between India Capitals and Gujarat Greats. For now, this is me Hiren Kumar signing off on behalf of my co-commentators Aditya Agarwal, Sarbik and scorer/analyst Dushyant Kumar. CHEERS!!
Ian Bell (India Capitals Captain and Legend of the Match) - " It wasn't easy but I wanted to bat through the innings. We experimented with our batting line up today and it paid off somewhat today. The wicket was a tricky one but happy to get over the line. This was a must win game for our team and hopefully we can repeat our performance in the next games."

Time for the post match presentation.
Shikhar Dhawan (Gujarat Greats Captain): "The last partnership was brilliant for them which took them over the line. Our bowlers did well to fight it till the end. I thought that the score was good enough on this surface but happy with the way we fought. Yes, we need to win the remaining games to stay alive and we are confident about that. Need to do well in the coming games."
11:00 PM IST & Local Time | What a game! A last ball finish from the Capitals! India Capitals win by 4 wickets and register their 2nd win of the tournament. The Gujarat Greats on the other hand, have just 1 out of their 6 games and their road to playoffs become even more difficult now. Here is how this game panned out.

Opting to bat first, the Gujarat Greats lost their top order cheaply tonight and struggled to build up partnerships on this surface. Mohammad Kaif and Debabrata Das were the top scorers for them and scored 40 and 20 runs respectively which helped them cross the 130-run mark.

With the ball, the India Capitals were top notch with the ball and made full use of the bowling conditions. Iqbal Abdulla and Dhawal Kulkarni were the pick of the bowlers and picked up 3 and 2 wickets respectively.

With the chase, 135 was never going to be easy to defend but Gujarat Greats started brilliantly with the new ball and picked up 4 wickets inside the powerplay. Manan Sharma was at his best today and ended with the figures of 4/24 in his 4 overs.

With the bat, the Capitals were off to shaky start but were brilliant in the middle overs and looked like they could finish the game early but credit to Gujarat Greats who took this game down to the wire till the final ball.

Skipper Ian Bell was outstanding in the middle order for them and played an unbeaten knock of 44* off 48 balls which surprisingly included just 1 boundary which he scored in the last ball but had enough to take his side home. He was well assisted by Ben Dunk who played a quick fire knock of 22 off just 14 balls.

Stay tuned for the presentations coming your way!!
