Join us tomorrow at 8:00pm IST (4:30pm SAST) for the Eliminator, where Joburg Super Kings will lock horns with the two time defending champions Sunrisers Eastern Cape. For now, it is the troika of Darpan Tikiya, Akshay Bhide and Paras Yadav signing off. Totsiens!

The MI Cape Town squad will now board a flight to Johannesburg, where they will play the final of SA20 2025 on Saturday, February 8th. Meanwhile, Paarl Royals will head to Centurion, where they will face the winner of tomorrow's match in Qualifier 2.
Rashid Khan (MI Cape Town Captain): "Great feeling. Especially, after first two seasons where we finished at the bottom. We just started to get into the playoffs. We played good cricket in group stages. Everyone is taking the responsibility and want to perform in the pressure situations. Amazing.

Absolutely. In the short format, you want a good start with bat or ball. With the bat, Rassie and Rickelton give us a strong base. We have a very deep batting line-up which allows them to play freely. The way they have been doing is outstanding. Things are going well this season.

We have been doing a great job with the ball. When we are under pressure, we have responded very well. The senior guys as well. We went for 20 in the first over. But KG came in and struck. Fielding as well, we have done a fine job. Overall, it's a great job.

(On becoming the highest T20 wicket-taker) It's a great achievement. I wouldn't have thought about it if you would have asked 10 years back. Coming from Afghanistan, it's a great feeling to get there. Getting past DJ, he's a great T20 bowler. Hoping to continue it.
David Miller (Paarl Royals captain): "We started on the backfoot. Rickelton and Rassie came out batting beautifully in the powerplay. And we lost it a bit at the back end. A couple of no-balls and five wides. Not our best night.

The wheels came off a bit. But we have to regroup in a couple of days. It takes only one game to turn it around. We have a database. We run through it and accordingly decide our batting order. These kind of games happen in T20 cricket.

(On denying the singles) DK (Dinesh Karthik) and I decided that I will try to take all six balls of George Linde. He got me at the end of the day, but there was a plan behind it."
Delano Potgieter (Player of the Match): "I'm happy that I could contribute. It is tough to come in and go from the word go. It's not easy but I had the belief.

The way the openers have been batting at the top of the order, it releases the pressure off us and gives us the freedom.

I like bowling in general but we have an extremely good bowling line-up.

Lovely feeling to get into the final. I'm sure the boys will celebrate before we turn our attention to the final"
