That's all from this one-sided contest, folks! Gulbarga Mystics annihilated the Shivamogga Lions, who are yet to find a victory this season and are on the cusp of elimination from the tournament. For now, this is Deepak Prakash signing off on behalf of co-commentator AkshayaKrishna Polya and scorer/analyst Zeeshan Naiyer. CHEERS!
Devdutt Padikkal (Gulbarga Mystics Captain): "It was great to secure a win like that. It’s a big confidence booster for the team, and hopefully, we can carry this momentum forward.
(On Sisodia) To be honest, nothing really changed. Even yesterday, we kept reminding each other to just keep batting, no matter what. Sometimes, bowlers deliver good spells, and you have to respect that. Today, he showed why he's such a quality batsman.
It's a great cushion to have, you know, when you have four seamers bowling really well, plus a few more waiting in the wings who haven't even played yet. So it's a great cushion to have. Hopefully, everyone will continue to contribute.
Yeah, he’s (Vijaykumar Vyshak) improving. Hopefully, he’ll be fine by the next game or the one after."

Time for the presentation....
5:48 PM IST, Local Time: A dominating performance from Gulbarga Mystics, as they thumped Shivamogga Lions by 9 wickets and 50 balls to spare. Meanwhile, the Shivamogga Lions are still searching for their first win of the season, having lost five consecutive matches.
Earlier, after being invited to bat first, the Shivamogga Lions got off to a horrible start as they lost wickets in clusters from the outset and were reeling at 30/4 inside the powerplay. Abhinav Manohar rose on the occasion and delivered a valiant 55* runs off 35 balls, but lacked support from the other end as the Lions continued to lose wickets at regular intervals and eventually were skittled for a paltry 126 runs in 18.1 overs.
For the Mystics, Abhishek Prabhakar and Yashovardan Parantap each took three wickets, while Monish Reddy, Ritesh Bhatkal, Sharan Gowda, and Prithviraj Shekawat claimed one wicket each.
In response to a paltry 126 runs, Luvnith Sisodia went honkers and bonkers from the outset and provided a rollicking start. Devdutt Padikkal also looked promising and smashed a flurry of boundaries at the beginning but failed to carry the momentum and departed for 27 runs off 24 balls. Aneesh KV joined Sisodia at number three and went berserk as he remained unbeaten on 31 runs off just 14 balls. On the other hand, Sisodia notched up his fifty and delivered an unbeaten 62 runs off 35 balls, helping the Mystics get across the line with 50 balls to spare.
Shivamogga Lions looked mediocre and leaked too many runs in the powerplay, making it difficult for them to bounce back in the game. Dhruv Prabhakar was the only bowler to get a wicket to his name in the Lions' camp.
