Milestone
It is time to conclude our coverage of this game between Hubli Tigers and Gulbarga Mystics. For now, this is Saptak Sanyal signing off on behalf of my co-commentator, Arjun Bhalla and our scorer/analyst, Raju Khariya. GOOD NIGHT!
Manish Pandey (Hubli Tigers Captain): "I mean yes the way we started bowling in the powerplay, we were not that good. But in the second half, they came back firmly. 160 was not an easy one.  There was grass in the surface and I asked Shrijith to not loose any wicket.

Today I was unable to finish but the guys have batted well. I'm really happy to see the young guys stepping up. Aneeshwar and Karthikeya played unbelievable innings today. It is great to see this bunch of players coming up.

Cricket is something which I like to play in a smart way. In the last game I asked the non-striker to run if we miss the ball. I've always admired this sort of playing where you can stay a few steps ahead. We have to continue this."
Player of the Match: Aneeshwar Gautam
Trusted Player of the Match: KL Shrijith
Super Sixes of the Match: Devdutt Padikkal (3 Maximums)

Time for post-match presentation!
22:30 IST and Local Time | The Hubli Tigers win this game by six wickets and nine balls to spare. They remain unbeaten this season by defeating Gulbarga Mystics by 6 wickets.

Coming to bat first, Mystics were off to a flyer start as Devdutt Padikkal and Luvnith Sisodia batted marvelously. They stitched a 81-run partnership where the Mystics skipper scored 46 off 29 balls. Sisodia got out for 39 and after that, the middle order were brittle for the Mystics. Nobody made a big contribution but the small contributions from them led their team to 158 after the end of the 20th over which was 20-25 runs short.

For the Hubli Tigers, Kumar LR took 3 wickets for 34 runs and KC Cariappa took a couple of wickets. Vidhwath Kaverappa gave just 14 from his 3 overs taking one wicket. Rishi Bopanna and Shreesha Achar took one wicket each.

Coming to chase the run, Hubli Tigers lost their openers cheaply and were 7 for 2 in the second over. But skipper Manish Pandey and keeper KL Shrijith helped their side to rebuild the innings. They added 84 for the third wicket. Shrijith contributed 51 runs from 36 balls with 5 fours and 3 sixes. Manish Pandey got out in the very next over after Shrijith's dismissal scoring 31 off 30 balls. The onus was on Aneeshwar Gautam and Karthikeya KP then. They remained unbeaten till the end to help their side to get a victory. Both faced 20 balls and scored an unbeaten 35 and 31 respectively.

For the Mystics, Vijaykumar Vyshak took 2 wickets and Monish Reddy and Prithviraj Shekawat shared one wicket each.

Stay tuned for the post-match presentations.
