That's all we have from the live coverage of the Melbourne Derby between Melbourne Stars Women and Melbourne Renegades Women. The Renegades have done the double over the Stars this season.
For now, this is Pritam Dey signing off on behalf of my co-commentator Ninaad Dixit who, along with scorer/analyst Manish Bishnoi brought all the actions of this clash. Stay tuned for more cricketing action from around the world.
Nicole Faltum (Player of the Match): "The nerves are definitely settled now. But it was a close game and its nice to be on the winning side of it.
We know that we bat really deep and we want to back up. It was all about building partnerships and we knew that if we get going and build momentum then we knew we had some hitters in the back end like Prestwidge. Her innings really helped us to get to that total which is awesome.
The dugout is hell of a lot of fun. I'm enjoying myself. There's a belief in the group that we can win from anywhere. We didn't win those first 2 games but we still believed we were right on top. I believe we can do it and that's the belief in the group that is pretty cool."

5:10 PM IST & 10:40 PM Local Time| A comprehensive victory for the Melbourne Renegades Women who have done the double over the Melbourne Stars Women this season. A comfortable win for the Renegades who win this fixture by 9 runs.
Earlier in the day, Hayley Matthews opted to bat first without any hesitation. The Renegades got off to a horrid start with the bat as they kept losing wickets at regular intervals.
The Melbourne Renegades Women lost half of their side for 48 inside 8 overs. The first half of the first innings belonged to the Stars but the Gades recovered really well and shifted the momentum towards them in the second half of the innings.
Georgia Wareham and Nicole Faltum added 67 runs for the 6th wicket as the duo steadied the ship in order to post a fighting total on the board. A quickfire knock from Georgia Prestwidge (23* off 9) along with Nicole Faltum (66* off 42) who was the top scorer in the game, ensured Renegades finish on a high.
A strong total of 170/6 was posted by the Melbourne Renegades Women from their 20 overs. Kim Garth (2/32) was the pick of the bowlers for the Stars who required 171 runs to chase from their 20 overs at the MCG.
In reply, Melbourne Stars Women did not get off to a good start in the run chase. They struggled to get going inside the powerplay and kept losing wickets in clusters.
Marizanne Kapp (32) failed to convert it to a big score after getting a start. The 7th wicket partnership between Rhys McKenna (34) & Tess Flintoff (19) kept them in the fight as they were taking the game deep but a sensational over from Sarah Coyte in the penultimate over of the match, whipped off all the hopes of the Stars.
Two wickets apiece for Hayley Matthews (2/27), Deandra Dottin (2/32) and Sarah Coyte (2/13) as the Melbourne Renegades register a comprehensive 9-run win against the Melbourne Stars.
