Time for us to conclude our coverage from this game between England Women and Scotland Women. But don't go anywhere as we will bring you the updates of another game of the ongoing Women's T20 WC between India and Australia. For now, this is the trio of Saptak Sanyal, Akshay Bhide and Zeeshan Naiyer signing off.
With the boundary on the last ball of the 10th over, England boarded 113 to get the victory. Their NRR has gone over the West Indies Women's NRR. They are on the zenith of group with +1.716 and the Caribbean team is on the third position with +1.708.
Heather Knight(England Women Captain): "Ya pretty pleased. I think the pitch got better. I think we bowled brilliantly and we got the results.
Maia Bouchier and Wyatt-Hodge both are very experienced and have stepped up in big stages for us. The target was to win it with a better NRR but they have done well to secure the victory. We talked about going over SA and the credit goes to the duo for batting brilliantly.
There was nothing wrong from the bowlers in the middle. Pretty pleased with the bowlers. Sophie was brilliant in her spell. Linsey was replaced by Bell as we wanted to check how Bell performs and she was outstanding.
We have a game left in the tournament. Our simple formula has been to take one game at a time. We want to take the momentum going, that's it."
Kathryn Bryce (Scotland Women Captain): "It was a tough tournament for us but it was an honour to come here and be a part of it. Lot of learnings from this.
The learnings are that we have to do the basics right.
It's always challenging when you play at a different stadium against different teams. The girls are gradually getting used to that.
It's been incredible. The parents are here always cheering and supporting us.
(On Lorna Jack) She's been playing for Scotland for 18 years. It was pretty special to celebrate her career. She has played a huge part in this Scotland cricket's journey and it was really special to play alongside her."
Maia Bouchier (Player of the Match): "Yeah I thought really good. Batting with Danni is always good. We have an unspoken communication between us. We thought if we could back our strengths and hit down the ground, we can take the side to the victory.
We thought in the eighth over about the net run rate. It is important in these type of tournaments. It was a great effort from the bowlers to keep them down.
We want to take that trophy. We are thinking about what is happening at the present moment. We don't want to think about what is happening around. Just keep an eye on it. But enjoy the present moment.
It was important for me to go out there and stay still. I kept telling myself to back my skills and play positively. Danni kept reminding me as well. It was important for me to back my skills."
Player of the Match: Maia Bouchier

Earlier coming to bat first, the Scottish batters were very watchful in their stay. Saskia Horley and Sarah Jennifer Bryce posted runs slowly on the board. Horley scored 13 from 23 balls without any boundary and Sarah scored 27 runs from 31 balls with 3 boundaries. Situation changed for Scotland when Kathryn Bryce scored a few quick runs. She scored 33 runs from 28 balls with 4 boundaries. But Ailsa Lister, Lorna Jack, Darcey Carter failed horribly to give her the support. Megan McColl and Katherine Fraser added a few runs to the total to help the score go past 100 and they posted 109.
For England Women, Sophie Ecclestone took a couple of wickets. Nat Sciver-Brunt, Lauren Bell, Charlie Dean and Danielle Gibson took one wicket each.
Coming to the run chase, Scotland were entirely dominated by Bouchier and Wyatt-Hodge. Maia Bouchier started it with 3 boundaries and never look behind after that. Danielle Nicole Wyatt-Hodge also started to play the perfect second fiddle. Maia remained unbeaten on 62 from 34 balls with 12 boundaries and Wyatt-Hodge scored 51 from 26 balls. The latter hit 7 boundaries and they together finished the game in just 10 overs.
