Their bowlers put us under pressure in the first two matches, and they showed again tonight that they have a quality bowling attack. But yeah, we just weren’t good enough tonight to overcome that difference in the conditions. However, I thought they played a brilliant game.
Full credit to them—they batted well and neutralized the threat of the new ball. Their bowlers were spot on with the new ball, taking the game out of our hands. Jason Smith, Rickelton, Stubbs, and Lizaad, who is now one of the senior players, all put in strong performances."
