That's it from the coverage of this CPL clash between Trinbago Knight Riders and Barbados Royals. We will be back later tonight for the Guyana Amazon Warriors up against St. Lucia Kings live from Guyana. Stay with us for more cricketing actions across the globe and across formats in our network.

For now, this is Ayan Chatterjee signing off on behalf of my co-commentators AkshayaKrishna Polya and Akshay Bhide alongside scorer/analyst Dushyant Madhukar Kumar. Stay safe, happy, and cool. Goodbye and CHEERS!
Kieron Pollard (Trinbago Knight Riders Captain): "Anything out of the spinners, it had to be with the dry ball. I took a gamble to bowl David in the powerplay. He was nowhere in the plan. But sometimes it works.

(About fitness) A big concern. Obviously, Narine is out David now as well. But we have to continue to play and take rest in between. The doctors are doing a really good job.  We have to travel tomorrow but we have to see how the boys turn up on Sunday.

Always looking forward to playing in Guyana. Every team has got an opportunity to play in Guyana. We have to assess the conditions quickly.

I think the crowd was phenomenal. They came out in numbers and supported us. Hopefully, we will see them next year. Also, it was a great farewell to the Champion who bows out. Hopefully, we will bring home the trophy for you."
Rovman Powell (Barbados Royals Captain): "Credit to our bowlers who kept us in the game but the batting let us down big time again. We qualified for the playoffs earlier and we lost intensity and need to up it the playoffs.

We let TKR dictate dictate stuff with spinners bowling. The 5 overs went by. We have to take learnings from this game and move forward.

We played them twice and beat us both times. So, we have information regarding them. Hope they do not beat us for the third time. Thank You."
Akeal Hosein (Player of the Match): "I think when we got here, it was pretty wet. It was a challenge. I'm happy with my performance and to get my side over the line today.

I enjoyed de Kock's wicket. We know he is a world-class player and happy with it.

Last game, I put down Johnson Charles and they told me it cost me his runs and my runs. So, I had to make up for it.

It's a good feeling. It was pretty outstanding and pretty special to give them a win in our last game here.

We are looking forward to playing at Guyana. With this win, the confidence is high. I'm really proud of all the boys today and it was an all-around effort from us."

10:00 AM IST, 12:30 AM Local Time: That's it! A clinical all round display by the Trinbago Knight Riders sees them winning this game by 30 runs as they complete the double over Barbados Royals this season. They move upto 12 points while Barbados Royals have lost some steam as this is their 4th straight defeat to round off the league stage for them.

Chasing 176 for the win, the Royals lost their openers early which included Quinton de Kock who is their form batter this season. Kevin Wickham scored 23 off 23 balls. Alick Athanaze looked good for his 44 off 33 balls. Captain Rovman Powell struggled today as he could muster only 18 off 21 balls. David Miller stuck some lusty blows as he scored 30 off 15 balls. But they never really got going and finished with 145/9 in 20 overs. 9 extras given by the fielding side.

Akeal Hosein was the pick of the bowlers with figures of 3/15 in 4 overs. Chris Jordan bowled well in the death overs as he finished with 3/33 in 4 overs. Terrance Hinds finished with 2/22 in 3 overs. A wicket also to Waqar Salamkheil who also dropped a catch but redeemed himself later on.

Earlier in the game, Trinbago Knight Riders were put into bat first by Barbados Royals. TKR also lost their openers early. Nicholas Pooran looked good for his 27 off 15 balls but he too fell in the powerplay. Keacy Carty played well for his 32 off 34 balls. But it was skipper Kieron Pollard who rescued TKR to a degree scoring 42 off 27 balls, Andre Russell scored a quick cameo of 31 off 12 balls. Chris Jordan scored 13* off 11 balls in the end. 9 extras given by the fielding side as TKR finished with 175/7 in 20 overs.

Maheesh Theekshana was the pick of the bowlers for the Barbados Royals with figures of 3/35 in 4 overs. He was ably supported by Naveen-ul-Haq who had identical figures as well to his name. A wicket also to Jason Holder. But the bowlers lost the plot and let TKR off the hook and paid the price in the end.

So, a win for TKR by 30 runs as they complete the double over Barbados Royals. Stay tuned for the presentations.

3-33(4.0)
19.6 C Jordan to R Simmonds
4 FOUR!!! A boundary to end the match. Short from Jordan outside off, 133.7 kmph, Simmonds hangs back and swings hard at it looking to slap it but is a bit late in doing so. He ends up slicing it over backward point and it trickles away to the ropes. It won't be enough though as the Trinbago Knight Riders beat the Barbados Royals by 30 runs.

Ramon Simmonds comes out to bat at 11.
Chris Jordan gets his third wicket as he bowls it full and straight. Maharaj misses it and the ball clatters the stumps. 9 down now with one ball left.
19.5 C Jordan to K Maharaj
W Cleans him up. CJ with his third wicket of the night. Keeps it simple and gets the reward. Bowls a good length delivery on the stumps, Maharaj makes some room and looks to drive it through covers but misses it completely and sees the ball crash on the stumps.
19.4 C Jordan to K Maharaj
0 Full and attacking the stumps, 133.3 kmph, Maharaj mistimes the drive straight back to Jordan.
19.3 C Jordan to N ul
1 Full around off, Naveen chips it towards long off and picks up a single this time.
The batters did not run at all. There was definitely two runs there to be taken. Naveen wanted to be on strike.
19.2 C Jordan to N ul
0 On a length just outside off, Naveen stands still and lifts it over covers. The long off fielder runs to his left and cuts it off. Interestingly, the batters don't take a single run. Maharaj runs towards Naveen before being sent back who wanted to be on strike. Naveen wasn't sure whether the second run was on and refused to run. Maharaj isn't happy with Naveen.
