Smriti Mandhana (Royal Challengers Bangalore Women Captain): "Yeah, I think pretty nice game. I think even the last match was really close and I think the same equation came up on the board again. And we saw what happened in the last match against Mumbai and Delhi. So I woke up all the gods today because I was at overs and I was just trying to pray and I think the bowlers did an amazing job today.
Yeah, that's what I thought when I saw three balls, nine runs, and the boundary, and I think pretty similar equations of last night. Of course, we were all watching the last match, but I think had a lot of faith in Sophie and even I think the way she bowled in the last tour was just brilliant. And I think to see Asha the way I think she bowled for the five wickets, I think that was a game changer for us.
Whenever I used to see her on the field, she used to ask me to give her the ball. She's having only the second season of WPL, but not to forget, I think she's a really experienced player. Well, definitely. I think in the second strategic timeout, we thought we could go past 165 because I think we're really cruising at that point.
