So, that also brings an wrap to our coverage of this 5-match T20I series. England win by 4-1. For now, this is me Hiren Kumar signing off on behalf of my co-commentator Ayan Chatterjee and scorer/analyst Ghanendra Singh Thakur. CHEERS!!
Heather Knight goes across and collects the trophy and will now take it to her team mates. They will pose for photographs in front of the Winners Banner. They deserve the win today and the series win 4-1.
Heather Knight (England Women Captain): "Yeah, very pleased. Particularly, with the way we started. Our bowlers were excellent. I think Gaze batted well for them in the end. Also credit to the batters to chase it down with ease. Yeah, it was exciting to watch (On Lauren Filer). She's got some pace and it was good to watch and is a wicket taking threat. Yeah, i think so we are playing some good cricket. It was been a good development for the team. Surely, we will need to have a different approach for the ODI series coming up."
AmeliaKerr(NewZealand Women Captain): "We lost wickets in the powerplay. Issy had a great partnership with Brooke. Issy was outstanding and gave us a score where we had something to bowl at. England are a quality side and were always ahead of us. They pulled out from difficult situations. Today was a great turn around but we bowled no balls in the end. Hope Sophie recovers, but loved and honoured leading here at the Basin Reserve in front of my family. Look, they have got match winners and so do we. Change of formats and need longer partnerships and efforts. Let's see how things pan out. Need to prepare well."
Maia Bouchier(Player of the Series): "No I don't think so, Could have done better. But the way Heather and Nat finished it off was good to see. A bit of pressure helped us a bit and done that a little bit for the bikers. Happy to do well at my level and at this level. Definitely consistency is important at all levels and need to perform all the time. I think have worked on my mental game and avoided distractions. To see that come on the pitch, is great to see. Always trying to enjoy myself and the team. It has come off really well and I have smiles on my face."
Player of the Series: Maia Bouchier.
Nat Sciver-Brunt (Player of the Match): "Yes, conditions were to my liking and bowled at the right areas to give rewards. Nice to adapt to different conditions and do it well out there. It was a well-timed chase. Me and Heather could have finished it off, but we were comfortable out there. We build partnerships and longer we batted, the better it was for us."
