That's it from another magnificent Test series in the WTC cycle! Australia are only behind India in the table at the moment with former champions New Zealand not much behind at number 3.

That will be it from our coverage. Ninaad Dixit here signing off on behalf of my co-commentator Deepak Prakash and scorer/analyst Bishal Mandal. Stay tuned for more cricketing action from around the world.
Australian captain Pat Cummins receives the series winning Trans-Tasman trophy.
Pat Cummins (Australia Captain): "Pretty tense. Everyone was trying to keep themselves busy, they were looking at the ball and then look back down. The boys were fantastic today.

I had no idea he was on 99. It feels embarrassing celebrating and all, I wasn't looking. The lead was really important, the toss helped as well. A funny Test match as day 1 moved quickly and pitch flattened out. It was tough for the bowlers. First innings lead was key and pretty pivotal.

We've been on the other side plenty of times. Be busy out there, just keep the run rate ticking over and keep getting closer.

We have quite an experienced side. Played a lot of Test matches, quite a bit of success along the way. The story of this series was in key moments one guy stood up. Necessarily didn't play complete games but pivotal moments someone stood up and made themselves a match winner so keep finding ways to win. Pretty awesome squad.

Absolutely love playing Tests. Its the best format of cricket."
Tim Southee (New Zealand Captain): "It ended up being a great Test match but yeah, I think obviously the partnership with Mitch Marsh and Alex Carey sort of just sort of broke the back of our attack.

When you're facing the number one team in the world, you always aim to be ahead. As we headed into day 4, both results were still possible, which added to the excitement and anticipation of the match.

[Talking about Henry] He's just gone from strength to strength, obviously for the first part of his career to be sort of in and out of the side. And then the last 12-18 months, been a regular member of the side, really seen his qualities at Test level and he had a phenomenal series along with a couple of other blokes throughout there as well. So, yeah, there's always positives to take away from things."
Matt Henry (Player of the Series): "It is disappointing but at the same time we showed a lot of fight. The way they played was looking to keep the runs taken over and for us to take the wickets but I think the attitude we brought to keep coming back, we made their batters work and cracked open the game.

It's always nice playing at a home ground. This ground offers nice bounce and some seam as well. It's always nice to be playing at Hagley.

Its great to be a part of the great New Zealand bowling line-up for a long time. Tim's been outstanding and it's great to be bowling with him at the other end.

It's always nice to contribute with the bat. We always pride ourselves on just making sure we keep coming with the runs as well."
Matt Henry is the player of the series.
Alex Carey (Player of the Match): "I'm absolutely thrilled. This series has been fantastic. Today's game had its ups and downs, with our backs against the wall this morning after they put us under pressure yesterday evening.

It's a great feeling to come out on top. Tim and Matt Henry were outstanding with the ball throughout the series. Mitch Marsh's aggressive intent was crucial in getting us going, although it was tough early on.

Travis Head also played a vital role in keeping the scoreboard ticking. Our mindset this morning was clear - play our natural game and seize any opportunities that come our way. As for Cummins scoring the winning run, I was actually happy with that. I didn't want to be on strike at that moment."
Player of the Match: Alex Carey.
